• There are 12 teams made up of the best women’s basketball players around the world

• WNBA games are nationally televised and also have their own live access online.

• The WNBA (Womens National Basketball Association) is the women counterpart of the men’s NBA (National Basketball Association)

• Although both are related, both are so different.

• The WNBA was founded in 1996 and still is not nearly as equal as the NBA

• What is culture? The way an organization upholds itself with values, beliefs and rituals.

• If you had to pick a way that they operate it would be with Deal and Kennedy’s approach because of the way operate. They practice components such as values and rites.

• Culture adds to one of the main reasons the WNBA stays relevant
