Assignment #1 MS Word and PowerPoint

Assuming that you are working with a start-up project

management/consultancy firm as your first job, the COO assigns you

your first job to prepare the company profile for the perusal of the

potential clients, i.e., property developers as one of the strategies listed

in the 2010 business plan to introduce the company in the market. Apart

from submitting company profile, you are also expected to conduct a

presentation to the clients.

Basic requirements: -

The company profile should not exceed 10 pages, while the presentation

should be conducted within 10-15 minutes and allow for 5-10 minutes

for Q&A session.

Deadline: Group 1: 8am on 28th Jan, Week #2, Group 2: 2pm on 26th Jan,

Week#2.

Group assignment: 3/4 members in a group.

The presentation material must be prepared with MS PowerPoint 2003 and

company profile with MS Word 2003 in A4 format. Submit your assignment in both hardcopy and soft copy.
