Key findings

• Access to technology– mobile phone SMS highest (100%), internet-

connected computer mid (95%), internet-enabled smartphone lowest (73%)

• Willingness to use technology– mobile phone SMS lowest (78%), internet-

connected computer highest (93%)

Key findings

• Blend is best – 67% of respondents thought a combination of

online and face-to-face was best for their organization

• Online networks and forums – 45% had contributed to forum to share or seek

information. Those who hadn’t did now know how, where and why to do so (rather than not wanting to)
