ECF2 Current Status

Claims Agreement Screen (CAS)

Single Sign On (SSO)

• MAT has now completed and been signed off• Deployment to production scheduled 4th March• Rollout from end of March onwards

Document File Viewer (DFV)

• 5.3 million documents extracted and 4.5m converted• 2.3m documents have been loaded• MAT starts beginning April• Deployed to production in beginning of May

• Rollout from late May onwards

Claims Workflow Services (CWS)• MAT start rescheduled to May• Deployment to production in J une• Rollout from J uly onwards

Claims Data Warehouse (CDW)• ECF005 remains the focus• MAT starts early March• Options for distribution are being evaluated

• 13 carriers receiving live messages• 1 fully integrated into own workflow • Others carriers to join by arrangement with Xchanging

Now in Production

Initial use raised some teething troubles that will be resolved

Upgraded testing and training environment being established for full rollout

UIB, Guy Carpenter & Price Forbes have begun the implementation process with a target live date of 3rd May

eAccounts Release 2 (R2)

Detailed review continues of functional specifications produced early 2010

Assessment of impact will be produced once work is complete in 4 -6 weeks.
