Her approach is light-hearted, balanced and rooted in her personal experience. She holds the RYT-200 designation and is a graduate of Yoga Arts teacher training program. In her newest venture, Lisa combines her love for food and yoga with her knowledge of their therapeutic benefits, to offer personal wellness plans for busy professionals at Lifestyle with Lisa. Cheryl Parsons Cheryl is a well known face at Zen Yoga, where she has been teaching Vinyasa and Hatha Flow since 2008. In February 2008 she completed her 200 hour teacher training in Goa and sealed the 500 hour certification in Bali in the summer of 2011, both under the expert guidance of the renowned Yoga Arts team. Cheryl loves the creativity of teaching yoga and her playful yet strong classes are always infused with a modern day twist on yoga philosophy. Cheryl is also passionate about writing and from December, will be a monthly columnist for Dubai’s Yogalife magazine. She also pens a regular blog about life as a mother and yoga lover on her website www.thepeacelily.com .
