The seats of arbitrator will Shimla. In case if any matter has to go to the court, only Shimla Court shall have the jurisdiction to decide such matters.

CONDITIONS FOR SCHOLARSHIPScholarship Awards only upon taking admission in AVANI SAANVI VIDYAMANDIR year long classroom course of season 2018-2019. Fee and admission terms & conditions applicable as will be mentioned in admission policy of session 2018-2019. AVANI SAANVI VIDYAMANDIR scholarship will be valid only till 15th April, 2018.Students taking admission in AVANI SAANVI VIDYAMANDIR classroom courses after 30th April, 2018 will not be eligible for AVANI SAANVI VIDYAMANDIR scholarship.
