Will I have to take care of the candidate management activities Once the candidate is submitted/ referred through Wisestep

No. As a WRP referrer, your responsibility is limited to checking the interest of the candidate in particular job, Preliminary screening and submission through Wisestep.

Is work-experience in recruitment necessary to win referral rewards through WRP

How can non-recruitment professionals take advantage of WRP

Prior work experience in recruitment helps but is not necessary at all. We have a system that works for everyone.

You can share jobs with Referral rewards on your social networks (i.e. Facebook, Linkedin, Google+, Twitter etc.). If anyone from your network clicks the link from your Job Share and applies that person is your Referral for this job. If that person gets placed and joins, you win the mentioned Referral Reward

You can also upload Cvs of your Friends and Connections for specific jobs with Referral Rewards

How will I know which requirements are moving faster / are on the Job Advertisers priority list?

Wisestep Team will keep you informed regularly by email on fast moving and fast closing Jobs. We will also send you the status updates for your submissions/referrals through emails regularly

How do I know what amount will I earn by working on particular requirement?

Every detail about the requirement will be mentioned on the Wisestep job page, including the Referral Reward, Job description, Skills and experience required, Salary/rate etc.

Referral rewards will be paid in which currency?

Referral rewards will be paid in the same currency as the base salary (For permanent) or contract rates for the particular job order. Your bank might later convert it into your local currency as per their convenience/rules

How and When will I Get Paid • If your referral is successfully placed in a job that you referred them for, then you

will get your Referral Reward.• Wisestep will invoice the Employer / Recruiter for the Referral and pay out the

Referral Rewards to you• Some employers make Referral Rewards payments 30-60 days after a Referred

candidates join. Wisestep will pay you within 1-2 weeks after it receives the reward from the employer

• Wisestep makes payments only by Cheque or Wire Transfers. No Cash payments are made

How many referral payments have you made so far• Wisestep has paid out thousands of dollars in referral reward to 100+ referral

How many CVs/Referrals can a recruiter submit for a requirement• A recruiter can submit maximum 3 CVs (referrals) per day per requirement

How many recruiters can simultaneously work on a particular requirement• There is no cap on the number of recruiters who can work on any particular

requirement at any point of time. So it is very important to start referring / submitting CVs immediately after the requirements are made available to you

• In case of more than one recruiter submitting same profile for same requirement, Tie will be resolved by giving the referral credit to the person who submitted it first

How do you ensure that the job advertiser/ employer sticks to its commitment and pays the mentioned referral reward

How does Wisestep make money

Wisestep offers various hiring solutions on paid subscriptions basis. Wisestep also earns from charging 25% transaction fees from the referral reward paid out to referrers
