Wisdom Circles
“The universe is not made of atoms, it’s made of stories.”
Wisdom Circles go beyond “business as
usual,” and beyond “best practices”. They provide
an engaging opportunity for people to share what they are
really learning on the job – not just information, but transformation. About life. About trust.
About teamwork, intuition, patience, adaptability,
perseverance, courage, creativity, kindness, and any
number of other “life lessons” that human beings are here to
learn, practice, and pass on…
YOU ARE INVITED!
As as highly regarded member of the human race, you are invited to join a
newly launched, monthly online forum we are calling “wisdom circles” – a
chance for you and open-minded people like yourself to share
memorable “moments of truth” on-the-job – moments when a problem
was solved in a new way or some unexpected learning happened that
would be useful and inspiring to share with others.
The only thing you need to do to prepare for a
WISDOM CIRCLE is recall a “moment of truth” that
happened to you on the job and be ready to share it. You
don’t need to be a master story teller and your
moment of truth doesn’t need to be earth shattering
– just something that got your attention and sparked
an insight, aha, good feeling, or helped you solve
a problem in a new way.Simple pre-work will be
emailed to you in the next few weeks to help you
prepare your story.

What’s Your Story?
"We need to look hard at the stories
we create, and wrestle with them.
Retell and retell them, and work
with them like clay. It is in the retelling and returning that
they give us their wisdom.”
- Marni Gillard
