Wisconsin & Northern IL
Just one look at the map says it all—Wisconsin is a wonderland when it comes to things horticultural, and the rolling landscape with its glacial moraines make it a history lesson as well. Clearly one day will never be enough. Neither will a weekend. With so many places to visit, you’re going to find yourself returning again
and again. Each public garden listed here is memorable, but so are the garden centers with their interesting niche offerings. And don’t forget to pick up some cheese on your way home.
Garden RoomAt Garden Room, you’ll find great things to grow it,
cook it, serve it and share it. We feature artisan home goods, classic garden tools, pottery, nature-inspired chil-dren items and so much more. Enjoy lunch and dinner in our atrium, greenhouse, patio or rooftop garden, along with a new bar offering wine, beer and sake at Anaba Tea Room. Hours of operation: Tue. 10am-5pm, Wed-Sat 10am-9pm and Sun. 10am-4pm, Closed Mondays.
