SUPER 1800-2 with SprayJet Module

SUPER 1800-2 with SprayJet Module is ideally suited

to paving thin layers on spray seal or for any kind of

conventional paving on tack coat. The SprayJet Module

offers a number of advantages from the technological

point of view. The rate of spread is infinitely variable from

0.04 to 0.33 lbs./sq.ft.**, thus allowing to spray even small

quantities of emulsion. A low spraying pressure of no

more than 43.6 psi reduces spray mist and soiling of

adjacent areas to a minimum.

SUPER 1800-2 Slope Paver

The SUPER 1800-2 modified into a slope paver is ideally

suited to paving asphalt in vertical strips on slopes with

gradients up to 32°. Challenges like this are found on

landfill projects, canals, dams or water reservoirs. For use

on steep slopes, several components of the SUPER 1800-2

did undergo modification in order to always ensure

operational safety on the one hand and safety of the

paving team on the other.

This high-performance feeder is the ideal partner on every

modern and well organized large-scale job site. The extremely

high material storage capacity and the innovative, heavy-duty
