Axiom® 11 Casement & Awning

• Located behind the lock side trim stop

• All units manufactured since early 2012 have pre-fabricated stops to simplify retrofit

• Different lock handle than current

• Lock handles become handed due to addition of magnet

• Batteries can be accessed through existing rout on interior for lock handle; do not need to remove stop to replace batteries

How VeriLock Sensors Work



Talon® Double-Hung

• Located under right (from inside) sash lock

• Different style than current hardware

• 3 different hardware components

– Lock handle with embedded magnet

– Keeper with embedded magnet

– Lock cover styled to match sash lift

• No sensor under left (from inside) sash lock; only one sensor per window

• Battery accessed by tilting sash in for cleaning

• Have seen sensors damaged by painters removing sash locks for finishing




Ascent® Hinged Door

• Located in jamb on single doors

• Located in astragal on double doors

• Different center strike plate

• Magnets embedded in panel

• Available in all finishes




Ascent® Gliding Door

• Located in jamb on 2 & 3 panel doors

• Located in passive panel in bi-parting doors

• Magnet embedded in active panel

• Available in all finishes




How the Integrated Security System Works

VeriLock wireless sensors protect in two ways:

• detects when the unit isopened or closed

• detects when the unit is locked or unlocked



How the Integrated Security System Works

Property owners can check their window and doors via:

• the Honeywell integrated control panel

• or on-the-go from a smartphone or a tablet with optional Honeywell® Total Connect™ remote services

Transmits wireless signal in real-time to security system control panel that status of the window or door has changed.
