Web-Based Data Import of Wireless Call Detail InformationImporting Carrier wireless billing data to Avotus Wireless Accounting is as easy as uploading data on a CD from a LAN connected computer. In addition to saving time, importing carrier bills over the web adheres to corporate security and IT policies, ensuring that this third-party data poses no security risk to the company’s system. Import Maps - one of the most unique and valuable features of Avotus Wireless Accounting is the ability to create and
manage an import map for each bill once a �le transfer is complete. This feature gives administrators the ability to quickly and cost-e�ectively respond to changes in carrier bill formats.
Accept/reject verification feature - no need to worry about importing incorrect data or transferring it to the wrong location. The accept/reject features enables you to “undo” any data uploads.
Carrier and Rate Plan ManagementAvotus’ Carrier Management feature enables administrators to
manage an unlimited number of carriers and call types. Since
Carriersoften refer to call types by cryptic values or numeric codes,
Avotus Wireless Accounting enables administrators to map these
to their own corporate de�nitions. The result - meaningful reports
that are easy to understand.
Since each Carrier often also has multiple rate plans, correctly
allocatingcosts has traditionally been a major headache. With
Avotus Rate Plan Management, individual Roaming, Air Time and
Monthly Charges can be correctly and easily allocated to the
department or user that has incurred them. Additionally, once the
costs are imported from the Carriers, Rate Plan Management
supports a number of costing options - the costs can be passed
through, adjusted by a certain percentage for bill back purposes,
or over-ridden with a �xed dollar amount depending on your
corporate policy.

Avotus Wireless Accounting enables an organization to easily recover the costs of
these calls. Identifying personal calls is as easy as checking a box on a report. The
system also rememberspersonal numbers and enables the employee to generate a
personal call bill with a single click stoke. Wireless Accounting can report on
outstanding balances, payment status and history. Managers can quickly assess
which of their employees have not acknowledged personal calls, not paid for personal
calls, or have paid too much and have a credit balance.
Account Code Charge Back for Wireless CostsWireless phones have freed employees from having to sit at their desk to conduct
