Wire Mesh Corp Pays $2.3M for Calhoun County Industrial Wilbert Plastics sold its industrial building at 289 Wilbert Way in Saint Matthews, SC for almost $2.28 million, or $15.50 per square foot, to WMC Steel SC LLC. WireMesh Corporation purchased the property to establish manufacturing operations in Calhoun County. The company plans to create 50 new jobs over the next five years and will be investing $13.9 million in the facility. The manfuacturing facility was constructed in 1993 on 28.8 acres located just 70 miles from Port of Charleston.
