So the new year has kicked off with a bang. After the champagne popped, and the sun came up, we all woke up with a list of ways to make 2013 even better than years past. Atop the list of many resolutions are the aspirations to get a new body in the new year. In a place with as much eye candy as Miami, who can help it? For many it may be adding to an already intensive routine, but for some, like myself it may be a new beginning. Knowing where to start and what to do can be difficult information to sort, with an influx of trainers, gyms and fitness information at our fingertips the basics get lost. Everyone pitches different routes to success and not everyone who calls themselves an expert really is. For the first time I decided to take it seriously and jump on the fitness bandwagon. No longer are my 20 minute gym mirror photo sessions going to count as a workout, it’s time to be serious and get what I’ve always wanted.
