!PURPOSE:

!!!WIPZ is raising funds to support and execute events, field trips for students and members. In

order for students and members to get the best out of broadcasting, conventions, conferences,

live radio station visits are imperative. In order to execute professional growth, we need concrete

finances to back the station up. Hence, we are executing a fundraiser. Since WIPZ is a radio

station, we are bringing in ZUMBA! An International dance workout. During this fundraiser,

opportunities for members and students will be given.

!SET UP ON THE 12TH OF MARCH

!• 4.30 PM set up tables for registration outside the ballroom

• Sign up sheet and liability forms

• Ensure that WIPZ poster is outside the room along with the event poster

• Cash register box checked out

! 3WIPZ ZUMBA FUNDRAISER

• Live broadcast equipment set up

• Event evaluation forms

!EVENT CLEAN UP

!!!• 8.30pm – ensure there are no litters

• File sign in sheets and attendance

• Count money with 2 neutral parties and deposit into cash
