Winters has the capability to perform the following functions:
Pressure Gauge Calibration:Winters can provide NIST traceable certificates ofcalibration for all new pressure gauges purchased, aswell as handle your calibration needs regardless ofmanufacturer. Winters can provide rapid turnaround onpressure gauges up to 15,000 psi.
Thermometer Calibration:Winters can provide NIST traceable certificates ofcalibration for all new thermometers purchased, as wellas handle your calibration needs regardless ofmanufacturer. Winters can provide rapid turnaround onthermometers up to 1,000°F.

Diaphragm Seal Assembly:Winters has a full vacuum system for the assembly andfilling of pressure gauges, transmitters and pressureswitches to diaphragm seals. Winters can alsoassemble your instrumentation to a Winters diaphragmseal. Quick turn around of high quality instrument anddiaphragm seal assemblies are our trade mark.Winters provides a wide range of seals: threaded,flanged and flow through with many materials available- 316 Stainless, Monel®, Hastelloy® C, Carpenter 20®,Tantalum, Titanium, and Non metallic, such as Teflon®,Teflon® lined, Viton® and PVC.
Gauge Filling:Winters has the ability to fill pressure gauges to suityour needs. Glycerin, silicone and glycerin & water mixcan be provided.
Instrumentation Audits:Winters Instruments and our distributors offer a freeaudit of all mechanical instrumentation at your plant. Afull audit of your instrumentation will be performed anda detailed report issued.
