Winter weddings at Ness Botanic Gardens If you are planning on hosting a winter wedding, then the winter wonderland of Ness Botanic Gardens is perfect for you.

Winter wedding celebrations are available for ceremonies held between the 1st of October 2019 and the 31st of March 2020 with two fabulous packages available.

DAYTIME WINTER WEDDING 9am - 6pmWedding package includes:

• Hire of the Rock Garden, for the duration of your ceremony

• Hire of the Hulme Room

• Use of our beautiful 64 acres of gardens for your photographic opportunities

• Admission to the Gardens on the day for all day for all guests

• A year’s free membership to the Gardens for the happy couple

• 3 course wedding breakfast including tea and coffee

• Glass of sparkling wine to toast the happy couple at the wedding breakfast

• White table linen and napkins

• A dedicated wedding coordinator to look after your special day

To Start

Curried parsnip soup with a garlic and cheddar cheese crouton (V)

Slow cooked, glazed oyster mushroom with a roasted onion puree peas and parmesan tuile (V)

Chicken liver parfait with a toasted brioche a red onion marmalade

Pressed ham hock with pickled vegetables, mustard dressing and crispbreads

To Follow

Glazed pork belly with boulangère potatoes, buttered greens, shallot and apple sauce and a jus

Lemon and thyme roasted chicken breast with potato fondant, sweetcorn, peas and a Madeira sauce

Classic turkey or beef roast dinner served with all the trimmings

Wild mushroom and pine nut wellington, creamy mashed potatoes glazed carrots, red wine gravy (V)

To Finish

Warm chocolate brownie with spiced cherries and cinnamon ice cream

Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream
