bathing caps, shampoo, conditioner, and endurance/

conditioning equipment to help develop yourself into a

stronger swimmer.

Pleasure Craft License

We are a certified Pleasure Craft Operator Licensing

location with the Lifesaving Society of Canada. We have

study guides for $20.00 and you are able to take the test for

$25.00.

Private rental times are available by appointment only. Please check pool schedule for available

times. Use of Meeting Room facility is included in the price of rental. $20 for each additional guard

Semi Private rental is available during Open/Family Swim times. Rental does not include the party

room in Price.

Base rental price is for up to 20 guests. For each additional guest, a $3.25 charge is applied per

additional guest.

Pool toy is not available for use during a semi-private rental.

Lifesaving Instructor

This instructed program is aimed for youths between 8-15 yrs of age. JLC members are encouraged to develop skills in lifesaving, fitness, leadership, teamwork, as well as build confidence in themselves. Currently we are a leisure club but are hoping to become competitive by 2016! If you would like more information, please give us a call at the pool. Must be able to swim 25m (1 length) continuous and tread water for 30 seconds.

Winter Session: Mondays 6pm-7pm January 4th-March 14th

Cost: $80.00

Come try our unique kayaking course. For beginners and experienced kayakers. This class is taught by a certified kayak instructor and guarded with certified lifeguards.

Session: January 6th-May 18th Wednesdays: 5pm-6pm (Up until April 27th) & 7pm-8pm

Aquatic Boot Camp

A full intensive body workout. Including dry land and water activities. Must be able to swim a minimum of 2 lengths of the pool. 3 days a week for 12 weeks

In water child care is available to children 18 months or older. The ratio is one lifeguard to three children 6 yrs or younger.

NEW Stroke Improvement

This is a new program that will be running every Wednesday night. There will be both a beginner and advanced group allowing all swimmers to participate. Participants must be able to swim at least one length with a flutter board to participate in the beginner class. Advanced students must be able to swim multiple lengths and have an understanding of both back and front crawl. We must have a minimum of 4 participants to run these programs.

Winter Session: Wednesdays 6:00pm-7:00pm January 6th– March 23rd

Cost: $90.00 per participant

Masters

Instructed adult swim club. Improve and learn proper swimming technique in a competitive and friendly environment. All skill levels welcome.

Winter Session: January 5th– March 24th

Tuesday’s & Thursday’s 5pm-6pm Cost: $140.00

Scuba!! We will be running a course through Awesome Adventures in early February. This course will certify you as a certified scuba diver. Just in time for that tropical get away! More information will be available in the near future!
