WINTER EXHIBITION 2014HOT & COLD

The concept for this ehibition was developed in this past, very hot July. It is appropriate that this has been a shockingly frigid winter, the coldest in quite a few years.

In this exhibition, we’re focusing on the concepts of hot and cold. Some of the images are physical, others simply convey a thought.

The majority of the work is photographic and includes both realistic and abstract pieces. There are paintings as well. But the most interesting pieces may be purely digital constructs. There are also Eric Zachary Ryder’s near-infrared photos, which con-vert summeer into winter. Quite an amalgam.

Whatever the medium, each piece will make you shiver or wish for an ice cube.
