The 2016 Filsell Shiraz has a deep red color with bright purple hue. The nose displays aromas of liquorice, plum, raspberry, dark chocolate and vanilla. The full-bodied palate offers rich and dense flavours of plum, dark chocolate and spice. The long persistent tannins are balanced by richness and sweetness of fruit. The 2016 Filsell generously demonstrates the quality of the 2016 season in the Barossa, powerful yet elegant tannin structure and lovely mid palate weight.

The Holy Trinity GRENACHE SHIRAZ MOURVÈDRE 2014 Barossa

The Holy Trinity is a traditional blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre. The fruit for this wine is Barossa grown, predominantly handpicked from old, dry-grown vines which range from 35 to 90 years old.

The 2014 Holy Trinity is a rich, elegant elegant, sweet and savoury GSM. The nose is awash with ripe raspberries, plums and sweet vanilla spice. This full-bodied wine is filled with vibrant flavours of fresh red fruits and vanilla, complemented by fine, ripe tannins that run the length of the palate leading to a long, textural finish.

The Balthasar Shiraz is sourced from the Eden Valley region of the Barossa, showcasing elegance and varietal definition from this cooler part of the district.

Ruby red in colour with intense violet hues the 2015 Balthasar Shiraz is a sultry, brooding and complex wine with decadent and luscious characters. Powerful aromas of black pepper and nutmeg, dusting chocolate, ripe plums, accompanied by notes of vanilla and smoked meats from the French oak. The rich and generous full bodied palate is dense with flavours of spice, plums and raspberries, while the elegant, fine tannins give balance, power and length.

Corryton Park CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2013 Barossa

Corryton Park is one of the highest and coolest sites in the Barossa region, it provides perfect conditions for creating world class Cabernet with finesse, depth and complexity.

2013 Corryton Park produced some purely varietal Cabernet wines, deep plum in colour and richly perfumed with aromas of blackcurrant, confectionery spearmint leaves, cedar wood characters and woody spice with underlying aromas of pine needle, vanilla and subtle char with hints of liquorice and new leather. The palate is surprisingly soft for Cabernet; a fleshy, juicy Cabernet with refined tannins and acidity.
