Winegard ConnecT How to purchase a Winegard FreedomGO data plan

For use with all Winegard ConnecT products.

Your initial data plan purchase must be done through the Winegard ConnecT device in order to link the device to your account. Please select whether you are using the Winegard App or Web Browser to configure your ConnecT system.

1. With the app open, select the Add Device button

2. Enter the admin passwordThe default password is “admin”

3. Select the listed device

4. An internet connection is required, select the Scan for WiFi button to connect to a local WiFi network

5. Allow the system to scan, this process should take approxiamtely 30 seconds

6. Select the desired network from the list

7. If a password is required, you will be prompted to enter it here

8. Allow the system to connect to the local network

9. As the system connects you may lose connection to the Winegard network, reconnect to it once it starts broadcasting again

10. Select continue when prompted

11. Now that you are connected to a local WiFi source select the Buy Data button

12. Clicking Buy Data launches a web browser and connects to our website. Select the Create Account link

13. Fill in the required fields labeled in blue, then select save

14. Sign in using the email address and password you just created

15. You will be prompted to choose a data plan. Do so and select continue

16. Choose either One time purchase, or Autorenew, then select the box indicating you have read the Terms&Conditions, now select Continue

17. Fill in your billing information, and select continue

18. Select your payment type and select continue

20. You will receive an order confirmation, now reopen the Winegard app

19. Fill in your payment and select order now

22. Select the 4G option

21. Back in the app select the Internet Source button

24. They system will now change your internet source to 4G

23. Select Accept

25 Once done you will be connected through your purchased data plan, and free to browse the internet

1. Using your browser navigate to 10.11.12.1, then login with your admin password. The default password is “admin”

Web Browser Process

3. Allow the system to scan for networks within range

4. Select the desired network from the list, then select continue

5. If a password is required, enter it here and select continue

6. Allow the system to complete the connection, you may lose connection to the Winegard network during this process, reconnect to it once it starts broadcasting again

7. Once connected to a local WiFi network, select the data plan button

8. Click the link that reads”Click here to view or renew your subscription”

9. You will be redirected to our website, select the Create Account option

10. Fill in the required fields labeled in blue, then click save

11. Sign in using the email address and password you just created

12. You will be prompted to choose a data plan. Do so and select continue

13. Choose either One time purchase or Autorenew, then select the box indicating you have read the Terms & Conditions, now select Continue

14. Fill in your billing information and select continue

15. Choose your payment type and select continue

16. Enter your payment information and select order now

17. You will receive an order confirmation verifying you have completed the data plan purchase. Navigate back to 10.11.12.1

18. Select 4G/LTE under internet access, then click select

19. Once done you will be connected throguh your purchased data plan, and free to browse the internet

1. To purchase a data package when you already have an account, go to shop.winegard.com, then sign in with your account information

2. Click the View Winegard Connect Subscriptions link
