Tokaji Szamorodni sweet 2011Alc.: 11,41 % Sugar : 74,9 g/l Acid : 6,5 g/l

Tokaji Szamorodni is one of the most famous wines of Tokaj, the word is originated from Poland : "As it has grown". It contains 50 % of botritised aszúberries and 50 % of green berries, which gives a special character to the wine. Really good as an aperitif, or as an appetizer with goose liver. Best served at 10-12°C.Grape types : 70 % Zéta, 30 % Muscat Lunel, harvested in November 2011, reductive fermentation in SS tank at 17 °C. After it 2 years of barrel ageing in 220 liter hungarian oak-wood barrels. Elegant botrytis, smooth barrique and apricot in the nose. In the mouth slightly honey, vanilla, apricot and mango.

Tokaji Fordítás sweet 2011Alc .: 11,95 % Sugar .: 77,6 g/l Acid : 8,2 g/l

Blend of 2 main grape varieties : 50-50 % of Furmint and Hárslevelű grapes. Fordítás is one of the great specialities of Tokaj. The pressed aszú-berries are filled up again with fermenting must or wine to dissolve the remaining contents of the aszú-berries. The final result is a sweet dessert wine, which contains a bit more tannic acid than the aszú wines. In it's sugar contain it is a category of 3P Aszú wine. Best served when chilled to 10-12°C.

Tokaji Furmint Late Harvest sweet 2013

Alc .: 12,29 %Sugar .: 65,8 g/lAcid : 4,8 g/l

100 % Furmint grape variety. A real speciality of the typical Furmint grape of Tokaj which was harvested in the middle of November has a characteristic botrytized bouquet and green apple taste in the palate. The elegant acidity compensates the sweetness and forms a harmony in the bottle. Best served with desserts chilled at 10-12°C.

Blend of 3 main grape varieties : Furmint, Hárslevelű and Zéta grapes. This aszú wine contains the golden drops of the volcanic slopes of Tokaj. The botrytised aszú berries are soaked in must. Tropical fruits, apricot in nose. Citrus, honey, long taste in the palate. After pressing the rich juice is fermented and aged in wooden barrels for at least two years. We recommend it to be served at 10-12°C with goose liver, blue cheese or sweets.

We recommend it to be served at 10-12°C with goose liver, blue cheese or sweets.

We recommend it to be served at 10-12°C with goose liver or sweets.
