Windsor of U.K. In 1984, it became a part of worldwide operations of Knocker-Werke, Germany and renamed as Klockner Windsor India Limited. Subsequent to the disinvestment of equity by Klockner to Mr. Dilip G. Piramal in 1994, the Company was named as DGP Windsor India limited. Since 2005, the company has been rechristened as Windsor Machines Limited.
