ACCOUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS

New AccountsAll new accounts will be processed as C.O.D. pending approval of credit. A signed, fully completed credit application is required from all dealers.

Open AccountsTerms of Payment - All balances must be paid within 30 days from date of invoice.Special Terms - Some large orders may require a deposit. Prepay customers must submit payment prior to production of order(s).Past Due Balances - Orders will not be processed on accounts that are past due. You will be notified by telephone or letter so the account can be brought current. A 1.5% late fee will be assessed monthly on all past due balances.

C.O.D. AccountsOrders shipped C.O.D. will contain all charges pertaining to that order. C.O.D. accounts will be responsible for all C.O.D. charges. C.O.D. orders that exceed your purchasing limit may require deposits.

Telephone/Fax & Emailed Orders/Dealer Resource Center OrdersVerbal, faxed, emailed and Dealer Resource Center placed orders are accepted as the dealer’s responsibility. Verbal orders are read back to the dealer and a confirmation is then emailed or faxed. Faxed and emailed orders will have an order confirmation sent for verification purposes. Colors on faxed or emailed orders will be entered according to the color number given. In the case of a conflicting color and product type, the color number will take precedence.

Duplicated OrdersLEVOLOR® cannot be responsible for duplicated orders caused by a telephone or fax order being followed by a duplicate order which has not been marked clearly as "Confirmation only, do not duplicate".

Order Changes & CancellationsOur products are custom made to your specifications and cannot be changed or canceled if the order is in the process of fabrication. Changes to roller shade orders on non-guaranteed in stock fabrics will incur a 25% change fee. Paid rush orders cannot be changed or cancelled. If you must cancel your order, please call the Customer Service Department immediately. They will advise you if the order can be canceled, If the order has already been cut, a minimum charge of 50% will apply.

Returns for RepairContact Customer Service prior to the return of any order for repair. We will request the date of the work order, sidemark, type of product and the LEVOLOR work order/reference number. Arrangements for return will be made with you at that time. Repairs should be packaged with care prior to shipping. The package should be fully identified both inside and outside the wrappings and should contain confirmation of the verbal repair instructions. Customer Service will advise as to how the merchandise should be returned. Freight expenses incurred on repairs are the responsibility of the dealer. Chargebacks for unauthorized repairs or additional installation cannot be honored. Merchandise that has been mishandled, abused, or is received in poor condition will be returned to the customer.

Price ChangesAll prices and price lists are subject to change without notice.

Returns for CreditWe can accept returned orders only if prior authorization has been obtained from the Customer Service Department. Customer Service will advise how the merchandise should be returned.

Back Order NotificationFrom time to time our suppliers are unable to ship the necessary raw materials or provide specific ship dates of these materials to fill your order. Our policy is to notify our customers of all back orders within 48 hours after receipt of your order, so you can re-select or notify your customer of a delay.

Pivot Plate Detail:

Levolor pivot plates are specifically designed to be used with extruded aluminum mullion with pockets. Pivot plates eliminate the need to drill and screw into the aluminum mullion. Shown here is a typical mullion incorporating a slot on either side for the pivot plate. The headrail of the blind is installed into the recessed mullion cavity. Then, the plate is turned into place with a screwdriver. Pivot plates are custom sized based on customer mullion dimensions.

Specialty blind allowing the customer to operate 2 or 3 independent shades on one headrail. Provides the flexibility of raising one blind while keeping the other lowered on extra wide windows, such as patio doors. Standard spacing is 1/2” between blinds.

Sculpted design reduces light leakage and creates a uniform and tailored appearance. Eliminates the need for an additional valance.

Hold-down brackets prevent blinds from swaying. They can be sill mounted, face mounted or mounted inside the frame. Recommended for doors and in windows subject to wind exposure. Not available with extension brackets.

Manufactured of “hardened steel,” guaranteed not to rust or corrode.

Metal BlindsFEATURES & OPTIONS - continuedPocket BracketsA typical pocket installation may require Levolor pocket brackets. The standard pocket bracket can be installed in two steps: the upper section is first secured in the top of the pocket; then, the flanges on the lower section are snapped over those on the upper section. This secures the headrail in place. The top of the pocket must be sturdy enough to support the weight of the blind and the pull forces applied to it.

Restrictive TilterThe Restrictive Tilter limits the range of angles the slat will tilt, ensures adequate window ventilation and reduces heat build-up. Maintains a uniform building exterior when using tiltone colors. See chart at right for available options. Not available with LightMaster™.

SheerViewSheerView provides the ability to see through a closed blind and delivers up to a 42% reduction in solar heat as compared to a fully opened blind. SheerView is available in 5 colors, 6% openness. SheerView cannot be ordered with LIghtMaster option.

Tiltone Tiltone blinds allow you to bring one color to the interior of your room while providing a uniform, neutral appearance on the exterior of your home. Plus, Tiltone offers additional energy savings. Indicate which side of the slat and ladder is to be dover by marking the appropriate box on the order form. Unless otherwise specified, factory will place neutral white of ladder towards window side of blind and will match color of headrail and bottomrail to decor color on slat. Only available in 5885 Dover/Dark Bronze.

Top-Lok® Cord Lock/Ring PullTop-Lok holds the blind in a completely raised or lowered position, thus ensuring a uniform building exterior. Also, when the blinds are fully raised there is no cord accumulation on the floor. Optional ring pulls are recommended when ordering Top-Lock Cord Lock. Ring pulls hang 3" (+/-0.5") below the headrail and are an additional charge. Top-Lok is especially useful for installations where the headrail is equal to or greater than eight feet from the floor. Top-Lok also keeps unauthorized personnel from raising or lowering blinds. Authorized personnel may adjust the blinds by hooking an ordinary window pole onto the ring at the end of the lift cord (pole not included).

Vogue® Round Wrap ValanceInnovative valance provides a sleek, finished look for the window. Two slat valance for the Riviera® 1/2" and 1" blinds and a one slat valance for the Riviera® 2" blinds. The Vogue Round Wrap Valance is available in Riviera 1" models and Riviera 2".

HOW TO MEASURE / MINIMUM MOUNTING DEPTH

Inside Mount (IM) Installation

To find width: Measure exact distance to the nearest 1/8" between inside surfaces of window frame at the top, middle, and bottom, and use the narrowest width. Do not make any width deductions. Factory will make appropriate deductions.

To find height: Measure exact distance to the nearest 1/8" from inside surface at top of window to sill at the left, middle and right and use the longest height. If you prefer blind not to touch sill, deduct 1/4". If there is no sill, measure height to the point where the shade reaches.

Outside Mount (OM) Installation

To find width: Measure exact distance to the nearest 1/8" between the outermost points where the blind is to be placed. For optimal light control, this measurement should extend 3/4" beyond the window opening on each side (or 1-1/2" for the entire width).

To find height: Measure exact distance to the nearest 1/8" from where top of the blind will be located to the top of sill. If there is no sill or if blind is to overlap window frame, measure to the point the shade reaches.

2-on-1 and 3-on-1 Headrail

1. Measure overall width of the area to be covered.

2. Measure width of the area each blind is to cover. Measure and specify the left shade first, continuing to the right. Factory will allow a minimum of 1/2" between shades for operating clearance.

3. The total width of all shades must equal the total headrail width. If ordering a valance wider than the blind, a diagram is required.

4. To measure height, use standard inside or outside measuring

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your Levolor® Commercial Window Coverings looking their best, periodically wipe down with a soft dust cloth, a dusting mitt,

or a round brush attachment from a vacuum cleaner.

• You can clean the blind hanging in place or you can take it down.

• By tilting the slats down, but not quite closed, you’ll be able to clean most of the top surface of each slat.

• In a very dusty environment, just clean the blind using a sponge or dampened soft cloth.

• Use warm (not hot) water and mild detergent. The mild detergent cannot contain abrasives.

• Rinse the blind with clean water to prevent water spots.

• Place a towel on the floor or window sill to absorb any water that drips from the blind.

Please note that certain solutions and equipment are too harsh and can cause shrinkage and/or color damage to your

blind. The Levolor® Commercial Lifetime-Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by cleaning methods that

use abrasive solutions or by ultrasonic cleaning machines.

REPLACEMENT VANES

Replacement vanes may be ordered to replace damaged vanes or for a decorating change. When ordering, indicate the style of blind and the number of vanes needed. Specify Finished Blind Height (height of blind including headrail) or Exact Vane Length (length of a vane excluding the headrail).

HOW TO MEASURE

Inside Mount (IM) Installation - Patio Doors and WindowsTo find width: Measure the opening across the top, where the

headrail is to be installed, from inside of window frame on left to

inside of window frame on right. Round the measurement down to

the nearest 1⁄8". A minimum depth of 2-1⁄2" is needed to install

inside the window.

To find height: Measure from the inside top of the opening on the left,

at the center, and on the right to the sill; round the measurement

down to the nearest 1⁄8" and note the smallest dimension. Do not

make any allowances: the factory will make all adjustments so the

headrail will fit the opening properly and the vanes will clear the sill

by 1⁄4" to 1⁄2".

Outside Mount (OM) Installation - WindowsTo find width: Measure the width of the area to be covered at the

place where the headrail will be installed to the nearest 1⁄8". Blind

should overlap opening at least 4" on each side to ensure privacy. To

maintain the maximum view, allow adequate overlap

and consider the stack width. To calculate stack dimensions, consult

the Vane Count and Stacking Chart pages.

FREIGHT & DELIVERY CHARGES

Freight Freight will be prepaid when shipping to commercial locations provided packages fall within small package carrier shipping guidelines and are shipping within the Continental US. Full freight charges will be assessed on any shipment made outside the Continental US. We will charge a $5.50 per blind ($15 minimum) handling fee on all small package carrier shipments. We reserve the right to use the delivery method of our choice on larger or oversized shipments.

Freight surchargesFedex Ground ShippingProduct sizes up to 93 7/8" - $5.50 per blind handling fee on all deliveries. $5.50 per order on any C.O.D. Shipment. This is in addition to the per blind handling fee.

Fedex Oversized Shipping - Fedex Express SaverProduct sizes 94" -108" up to 4 units - $40.00 per blind. This is in addition to the $5.50 per blind handling fee. Orders that fall into this category must ship via 3-Day Fedex Express Saver. Orders with product greater than 108” or 5 or more units over 94“ will ship via common carrier. See Common Carrier Shipping below for additional details.

Supersized ShippingProduct sizes over 156” will incur a $1000 flat shipping charge.

Common Carrier ShippingAny order that has 50 units or greater, regardless of size, will charged the minimum $5.50 per blind and will require a freight quote.

Order Reships Reships due to incorrect address information will be charged actual freight.

Additional Freight Charges This policy does not apply to expedited, Same Day, Express, Air Freight, Overnight, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day shipping services. Additional rules, restrictions and limitations apply. Please contact customer service for applicable surcharges and rate quote.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and do not include freight, duties or taxes for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. Customer is responsible for all shipping/freight charges and/or fees to these locations. 2nd Day and Next Day shipments to Alaska & Hawaii will incur additional charges. Other surcharges may apply (i.e. residential delivery, lift-gate, ferry fees, inside delivery, limited access, call before delivery, call notification, etc.) GST and VAT is not included in pricing. Please provide email address when ordering for contact by the freight carrier.

Freight Damage (Must be reported within 10 days of receipt) Fed-Ex If you suspect freight damage, contact Customer Service immediately. The damaged merchandise will be returned to LEVOLOR® for repair or replacement. Contact the Customer Service Department for further information. Reorders for replacement are the responsibility of the consignee. If you discover concealed damage, retain all packing materials and contact the Customer Service Department.

Common CarrierAll Shipments are FOB factory. If you suspect freight damage REFUSE the shipment. The merchandise will be returned to LEVOLOR® for inspection. After inspection, a repair or replacement will be made. Contact the Customer Service Department for further information. Reorders for replacement are the responsibility of the consignee. If you discover concealed damage, retain all packing materials and contact the Customer Service Department immediately.
