almade Elevators (Gantry) Systems comes in many models to fit an specific need and budget. These equipments can lift from Model LD 100 lbs. to 750 lbs per unit i.e. Model SE-2020-5 DC. C

Models Specifications:

Model LD (Light Duty) These models are a single column H frame made out of Steel Tube .090 wall. Finish gray powder coat. and comes in two sizes:

Model 120-96 This an "H" frame 120" high by 96" wide Lifting Bar. Maximum Lifting power is up to 100 lbs. with standard size AC motor.

Model 120-120 This an "H" frame 120" high by 120" wide Lifting Bar. Maximum Lifting power is up to 250 lbs. with standard

size AC motor.

120-96 This picture shows the universal clamping system is (4) are standard with every elevator

Model MD (Medium Duty) These models are a Double Columns made out of 3"x3" Aluminum Profiles. Finish clear anodized column H frame and comes in two sizes:

120-96 frame 120" high by 96" wide Lifting Bar. Maximum lifting power is up to 200 lbs.

120-120 frame 120" high by 120" wide Lifting Bar. Maximum lifting power is up to 275 lbs. with standard size DC motor.

Model HD (Heavy Duty) These models are a Double Columns made out of 3"x3" Aluminum Profiles. Finish clear anodized column H frame and comes in two sizes:

Model 120-120 frame 120" high by 120" wide Lifting Bar. Maximum lifting power is up to

350 lbs. with standard size DC motor.

Model 240-240 frame 240" high by 240" wide Lifting Bar. Maximum lifting power is up to 500 lbs. with standard size DC motor.

Model SD (Super Duty) These models are a Double Columns made out of 6"x3" Aluminum Profiles. Finish clear anodized column H frame and comes in THREE main sizes:

Model 240-240 frame 240" high by 240" wide Lifting Bar. Maximum lifting power is up to

750 lbs. with standard size AC motor.

Model 240-360 frame 240" high by 360" wide Lifting Bar. Maximum lifting power is up to

750 lbs. with standard size DC motor.

Model 240-240 frame 240" high by 240"ea. wide Lifting Bar. Maximum lifting power

is up to 750 lbs. each unit with standard size AC motor(s). This model can be joint in

tandem up to 5 units. This unit was design for extra large Theater Curtains, these machines total length is of over 100 ft. long. Maximum lifting power is 3,750 lb

Model No.: TSM-192 1 This machine was designed to sew the bottom hems of large curtain.2 This automated operation is very user friendly.3 The machine controller let you synchronized the speed of the traveling table with the speed of the sewing machine. 4 Once the sewing operation the machine returns to its original position.5 Travel length from 144" to 240"
