Timing: Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. (CT) on February 15, 2017, and ends at 11:59 p.m. (CT), July, 31, 2017

Sponsor: J.H. Larson Company (“Sponsor”)

Introduction: ("Promotion"). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. THE PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Eligibility: Entrant must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the fifty (50) United States. Employees of Sponsor, Sponsor’s parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible.

How to Enter:

All applicable orders and entries must be received by the end of the Promotional Period.

Drawing: The Promotion will have one (1) winner. Any entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. The potential winners will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. Drawing will be conducted at the end of the Sweepstakes Period by Sponsor (or its designee), whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Potential winners will be notified by email sometime after July 31, 2017. If the first potential winner does not respond to notification attempts within seven (7) days after the initial attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant may be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, to take his or her place.

The prize winner and his or her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable, and comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card. Travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All aspects of the travel portions of the prize must be conducted on such dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Other travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. The ARV for travel prizes may vary depending upon points of departure and destination. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel routes and select

hotels in its sole discretion. The ARV for travel prizes is an estimate made before the Promotion begins. The prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules. The round trip air transportation element for any travel prize begins and ends at the point of departure. Room taxes and other hotel fees are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the winner/guest. A deposit or payment in advance, or presentation of a credit card by the prize winner, may be required at the time of check-in at the hotel. Any hotel cancellations or changes to hotel reservations after confirmation must be made with the hotel directly, and the prize winner is solely responsible for any charges and/or fees arising from changes made directly with the hotel. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and the prize described above may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions. IF THE PRIZE WINNER IS UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TRIP ON THE DATES SELECTED BY SPONSOR, THE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED IN ITS ENTIRETY. In the event the prize winner and/or his or her travel companion engages in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the prize winner and/or his or her travel companion home with no further compensation.

Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged. No cash or other substitution may be made. Prizes will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. Prizes may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or any one or more components of a prize with a prize or component of equal or greater value.

THE WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING AND PAYING ANY INCOME TAXES OR OTHER TAXES THAT MAY APPLY TO ACCEPTING A PRIZE; SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND WILL NOT PAY ANY SUCH TAXES. ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. The potential prize winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Tax Documents, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents"). If any potential winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within five (5) days of prize notification, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

If any prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and another potential winner will be selected in the original potential winner's place. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor and those acting under the Sponsor’s authority, may use winner's name, picture/portrait likeness, statements, address (city, state) and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, including, without limitation, on social media platforms and where Sponsor deems necessary, in perpetuity, without further consideration, unless prohibited by law.

General Liability Release: ALL ENTRANTS AGREE THAT SPONSOR, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE RELEASED AND HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANT FOR ANY AND ALL COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND , INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DEATH AND BODILY INJURY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR

INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROMOTION OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Entrants agree that the Released Parties have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. By participating in the Promotion, agree (a) to release Sponsor, Promotion Parties and the Entities from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such participant's participation in the Promotion; (b) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. By accepting a prize (a) agree that Sponsor, Promotion Parties and the Entities, participating retailers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against, any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Promotion; from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize (b) grant (and agree to confirm grant in writing promptly upon request) to Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor’s authority, the right to use his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements, and biographical information at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including the Internet without review, notification or approval, and additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor, Promotion Parties and the Entities are not liable in the event that any portion of the Promotion is canceled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, or any other condition beyond their control (a “Force Majeure Event”).

Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. Unless otherwise stated in these Official Rules, the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Unless otherwise stated in these Official Rules, in the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

Entrant agrees that: (i) All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual prize in dispute but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses of the prize in dispute, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. All issues and questions

concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws. Entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate state or federal court.
