Not all deployments are equal� Most of today’s deployments are fixed or portable� Clearwire, Packet One, UQ, Yota, and KT Wibro are the

exceptions, not the rule when it comes to deployment types� Some deployments are not what one would generally call

commercial – i.e. govt. agencies DISA in the US

(CPE, modems, laptops)� Certification has not kept up with Forum promises
