BRAD WILSON AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Mr. Brad Wilson has GIS survey and technical experience in the following general areas:

Computer aided drafting and design using AutoCAD and MicroStation

Preparation of alignment sheets, property plots, map and pipeline drafting, quad maps and quad excerpts, permit drawings, document control and supervision.

Researching and programming ways to streamline survey data processing from the stage of collection to the stage of drawing completion; through programming feature code libraries, in Trimble Geomatics and Inroads to make the process much more efficient and cost effective

Written numerous procedures to help remove the human error in data collection, data QA/QC and data post processing

Streamlined data to the point of GIS and into Pipeline Integrity Management

Created numerous feature code libraries to make data more compatible with GIS.

Created and managed spreadsheets/databases for material documents, x-ray reader sheets, purchase orders, hydrostatic test documents, field reports, survey notes and photographs for data records integrity management, through organized data deliverables, Hyperlinked data to geographic X,Y,Z locations in spreadsheets and in GIS.

Utilized loader templates mirroring the GIS tables to load GIS data into the client GIS systems.

Constantly evolving/streamlining data management for small data projects to big data operations management.

Performed field and office training to show different ways of utilizing and collecting data to make data 100% usable from a positional and content standpoint, collecting only the data necessary in the field and linking that data to data records to pull in the necessary data variables not collected in the field by collecting match numbers in the field that match to numbers in data records integrity.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE Mr. Wilson has spent my time since 1999 researching and programming ways to streamline survey data processing from the stage of collection to the stage of drawing completion; through programming feature code libraries, in Trimble Geomatics and Inroads, he has been able to make the process much more efficient and cost effective. Since the Gulfstream project completion in 1999 he has worked as a Survey/GIS Data Technician Coordinator on countless projects, learning new ways to take the information collected in the field and use the data for GIS tables, station and offset reports, traverse reports, DOT reports, X-ray reports, as-built weld reports, pi calculations, weld calculations, DTM's, profiling, cross sections,

permitting and FERC, construction and as-built drawings, constantly finding innovative ways to meet client demands. He has written numerous procedures to help remove the human error in data collection, data QA/QC and data post processing. I have evolved to look at data differently, to make data accurate throughout the project lifespan and to apply data records to that data to give the data tractability to an X, Y and Z location and eventually an as-built horizontal and vertical station. Specialties: Survey/GIS Data processing Problem solving Communication Expediting Organization Making Data Accurate, Transparent, Traceable, Verifiable and Complete

Mr. Wilson served as a Drafting Coordinator with coordination of the field survey data technicians. Responsibilities included design tasks on Phase I and 2 of the Gulfstream Natural Gas System project. Coordinated drafting tasks and responsible for processing civil and environmental survey data, training of survey data technicians, and worked directly with surveyors to improve the overall quality of data. Coordinated design and survey data processing in Florida field office during construction of Phase I. Created and maintained property base of property plats for approximately 650 plats on Phase I and approximately 350 plats on Phase 2 of the project. Coordinated and processed data on Gulfstream phase 3.

Mr. Wilson served as a Designer or Drafter on several projects, below are a few key projects with his responsibilities:

On the Inland Petroleum Distribution Systems Project

Responsible for drawing 3D fuel parts for rapid deployment fuel systems for the military and performed computer design layout of fuel systems. Prepared fuel parts and systems drawings at 1:1 scale to check compatibility of all parts. Created, printed and assembled drawings for presentations.

TriState Project
