WILSON FAMILY FUNDRAISING AGREEMENT

Between Michael Wilson and The Fundraisers

This Fundraising Agreement (Agreement) is entered into between Michael Wilson and Stephen Curtis, Gwen Clayton & Campbell Construction (The Fundraisers) for the purpose of raising funds to pay for the replacement of the faulty septic system at their home on Latrobe Road in Plymouth California. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties, intending to be legally bound and expressly waiving the defense of lack of consideration, hereby agree as follows:

I. Funds to be Raised The Fundraisers will engage in efforts to raise no more than $7,600.00 (the total amount indicated on Campbell Construction quote #1049).

II. Trust Account A trust account will be set-up in the name of Michael Wilson at American River Bank in Jackson California. The Fundraisers will be listed as trustees on the account.

III. Collection of Funds All funds raised will either be collected through a single GoFundMe campaign, or deposited directly in the trust account. All offline donations will be recorded as a part of the GoFundMe campaign.

IV. Dissemination of Funds All the funds in the GoFundMe campaign will be disseminated in a lump sum to the trust account.

V. Use of Funds All funds in the trust account will be exclusively used to pay Campbell Construction for the services outlined in quote #1049.

VI. Record Keeping & Disclosure All account transactions will be shared publicly on the GoFundMe campaign page on a monthly basis after the account is setup, until the account is closed and all funds are transferred to Campbell Construction.

VII. Signatures IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date the last signature is affixed.
