What’s a CooPAC? •Provide feedback and information related to cooperative purchasing from their perspective and the perspective of their library type.•Provide input on licensing, pricing structures, and other terms that WiLS negotiates with vendors on behalf of members.•Review service fee structures and advise the board and staff on appropriate and sustainable models.•Advise WiLS staff on potential new service directions and developments.
