It is noted that WILLIAM ALEXANDER MORGAN is a native of Toledo, Ohio, and served in the CASTRO revolutionary forces with the rank of Major. He received considerable publicity for his deeds during the revolution and also subsequently in reportedly thwarting an invasion attempt by Dominican Republic forces. He remained in Cuba under the CASTRO regime and has lost his. United States Citizenship and according to newspaper reports he was recently arrested by CASTRO and charged with counter revolutionary activities. He has since been executed.

CONSTANTINE N. KANGLES is an attorney with offices at 100 LaSalle Street, Chicago. He assisted the 26th of July Movement in complying with the Registration Act and until the spring of 1960 was legal counsel for the Cuban Government. He is well known by most people connected with the CASTRO forces and Government.
