Call into Conf Call line to facilitate Q&As 15 min in advance as conf call leader (see agenda for your call in number).

All conf calls are operator assisted. The moderator will call into the conference line, using the leader passcode. The Verizon operator will be available to the moderator (leader) to manage muting and unmuting lines.

If presenter is using the conf line for voice, they will call into the conf line 15 min in advance to coordinate with you. Tell the presenter to hit *O to identify themselves as the presenter. The operator will mute all other lines except for your line and the presenter line. Presenters will need to be logged into iCohere to forward their slides. They MUST mute their laptop speakers to avoid reverberation.

If presenter is broadcasting webcam – log into iCohere site, assure that presenter is connected to iCohere video presenter module, and follow above call in instructions.

If presenter is broadcasting over VTC, have the operator mute all lines except for yourself t (for you to communicate with the presenter). VTC presenters do not call into the conf line. They MUST mute their laptop speakers to avoid reverberation. They need to connect via VTC 15 min in advance and coordinate with you and Digital Visions. IMPORTANT NOTE: If VTC presenters have a PowerPoint presentation, they will need to be logged into iCohere to forward their slides.

Initially, all callers will have there lines unmuted. The operator will mute all lines except for presenter, and you. She/he will unmute during Q&A, ask everyone except for the presenter to mute their own line (*6) until they want to speak (*6 again).

Monitor and feed forward all pertinent dialogue from bloggers to presenters within your track, prior to their presentations.
