Antler Gold (ANTL) in November 2016 acquired an option for a 100% interest in the 859 claim, 215km2
project covering 50km of prospective trend from Altius Resources for 4,500,000 shares (19.95% equityinterest) and 2% royalty. Antler must spend $500,000 in one year, Altius is operator until option exercised
First mover claim staking advantage with a district scale property package situated along a gold prospectiveregional structural fault system in an emerging gold camp
Located adjacent to Marathon Gold Corporation’s Valentine Lake project with reported M&I 1,060,100Oz @2.2 gpt Gold and excellent new drill results
ANTL discovered six significant new bedrock gold occurrences in late fall 2016 by prospecting beside recentlogging roads. No systematic historical exploration performed before ANTL. Approximately 2km of 50kmprospective strike extent explored to date
The new gold occurrences demonstrate a strong gold system producing bonanza grade and significantwidths that include:
▪ Alder Zone: 6.0g/t over 8.5m, 8.7g/t over 6.7m and 49.3g/t over 4.6m▪ Taz Zone: 28.8g/t over 1.0m, 12.2g/t over 0.9m and 14.6g/t over 0.65m▪ Elm Zone: 101.5g/t over 0.5m, 93.1g/t over 1.3m, 37.5g/t over 0.9m and 18.0g/t over 1.2m
2017 exploration program underway to systematically explore the entire property. Ground mag and IP overshowings onging, airborne mag over entire property starts Feb., regional soil and basal till sampling, prospecting and excavator trenching to commence in Spring 2017
Target is to generate 20+ targets for fall 2017 drill program

The Wilding Lake Project is underlain by Cambrian to Ordovician age volcanic and sedimentary rocks of the Tally Pond and Red Cross Lake groups and Silurian age sedimentary rocks of the Rogerson Lake Conglomerate. The rocks underlying the Wilding Lake project are equivalent to those underlying portions of the Valentine Lake Gold deposits, located 15-30 km to the west-southwest.

WILDING LAKE – ELM ZONE “BONANZA” CHANNEL RESULTS
13
100 metres SW of the main Cedar trench, a single, heavily mineralized, locally hematitic, laminated quartz vein was exposed over a distance of approximately 60 metres and remains open in both directions. The vein generally strikes 060-070, dips 45-55°, and attains a width of up to 2.0 metres. Free course gold is common.

Large boulder from the Dogberry ‘main trench’ containing local concentration of massive CPY; two specks of VG noted with the CPY.
WILDING LAKE – CEDAR TRENCH CHANNEL RESULTS
16
Cedar Zone - A single NE‐trending quartz‐tourmaline vein was exposed for ~60m along strike; up to 1m wide. Moderate to steep dip toward the southeast. A 12‐metre long ‘ladder vein’, up to 20 cm wide, contains local CPY‐HEM‐MAL mineralization.
