Jennifer Lueck, Lead Consultant and Owner In today’s dynamic real estate industry, it is important to focus on what works. Gone are the days of clients camping out to purchase a home by lottery. Although competitive pricing is a strong driver in our current market trends, consumer expectation requires successful agents to be wellrounded, knowledgeable guides through an oftentumultuous transaction. To best succeed in meeting this expectation and consistently grow their business, REALTORS® are again discovering the need to market themselves and their services… with fewer dollars and higher expectations for results. The West Maricopa Association of REALTORS® recently partnered with my company, Off To Market Real Estate Solutions, to deliver a unique training program designed to help real estate agents improve their marketing results and increase sales conversion rates. Launching at WeMAR in November, this new curriculum titled, Marketing Best Practices for Realty Professionals Series SM , teaches industry professionals how to explore a strategic and systematic approach to listing support and buyer recruitment efforts based on their personal, unique value proposition. “WeMAR’s goals include bringing in the best and brightest instructors who have expertise in areas of the real estate industry that will add to and refine our agent’s skill sets, I feel that Jennifer Lueck is one of these instructors.” says Melody Hoover, WeMAR’s Education Director, With over 10 years experience in sales and direct marketing, she delivers a dynamic presentation that you can’t afford to pass up. She will definitely give you an outstanding answer to the question, What’s In It For Me?”’ Often driven by an entrepreneurial culture, historically most real estate agents do not approach their practice with a structured, consumercentric marketing model. Upon entering the West Valley real estate market in December of 2009, I observed this opportunity throughout the industry and immediately went to work developing results driven content to help peer agents succeed in building a long term business model. As an MBA, I’ve had several marketing classes in the past. However, Jennifer’s course content Continued on page 7

and  lecture  style  really honed  in on marketing  specifically  to benefit  real  estate agents…”,  said Randy, a recent attendee to one of the classes. “The knowledge and experience she brought to the class really helped my team focus its branding and target market. It was time well spent.”    As professional real estate agents, we owe it to our clients to be experts at generating leads and finding solutions to their problems.   This curriculum  is designed around new world marketing, where  every  experience with  the marketplace  either  enhances or diminishes  your brand  and “The  Customer WIIFM”  (known  as What’s  In  It  For Me)  is  the  sole  driving  force  of  growth                   and success.      Upon  initial  industry  review  and  class  feedback,  I  noticed  many  realty  professionals  often               transition  to  the  industry  from a non‐sales  related career. Without a  robust understanding of sales tactics and modern marketing best practices, it’s easy to understand why so many agents struggle  to  become  successful  revenue  producers.    Covering  a  variety  of  topics  including             branding techniques, documenting and improving sales process metrics, public relations efforts and  campaign  legal  issues  such as Federal Do Not Call Laws, CAN‐SPAM, and United States Postal  Regulations,  the  course  curriculum  delivers  a  detailed  and  extensive  overview  of  the strategies needed to successfully develop results driven campaigns.     The Marketing Best Practices  for Realty Professionals SeriesSM kicks off  its  first presentation at WeMAR‐Sun  City  on  Thursday,  November  4th  with  two  classes  offered,  Branding  and  the               Customer Experience as  the morning presentation at 8:00 AM and Campaign Development and   Execution  as  the  afternoon presentation  at  1:00 PM. Although both of  the  classes  can  stand alone, attending both programs will offer maximum results. For more information or to register, please visit WeMAR.org.   In modern American commerce, a brand cannot live on logos and slogans alone.  Our customers desire  a higher  level of performance  and  there  is  a  lot of  competition out  there.    I welcome                  you  to  join  me  as  we  discover  the  exciting  world  of  marketing  best  practices,  starting                          this November.           For more information, please contact:

Jennifer Lueck 623.258.0052 [email protected]  Off  To Market Real  Estate  Solutions  is  very  excited  to  partner with WeMAR  and  a  detailed course  flyer  can  be  found  at WeMAR.org.    As  an  active  real  estate  agent  herself,  Jennifer                consistently tests and adjusts the curriculum based on real time market trends and updates.
