Each wig in our European Collection is the work of an artisan. Master wigmakers hand-knot each individual strand of hair onto a 100-percent monofilament, hand-tied wig cap and its lace front. This meticulous process creates a lightweight, smooth, airy feeling against the scalp. It also allows the individual hairs to swivel in any direction, cre-ating the illusion of all-over follicular hair growth. Our European human hair wigs are customized with lustrous, natural multitonal color and can be styled normally with heat to achieve any look.

Jon Renau’s innovative Renau Naturals (RN) colors achieve vibrant natural hues without dyes. Normally human hair undergoes bleaching to remove most of its pigment, followed by coloring with fade proof, permanent dye. By contrast, Renau Naturals colorization gently lifts the original color until the desired hue is achieved. Hues are then hand-blended, wig by wig, to create stunning, shimmering natural hair colors. No dye is used in the process, leaving the hair superbly healthy and ready for custom color and highlights, if desired.

HUMAN HAIR CAREWe recommend washing your wig or hairpiece every 6-8 wears

WASH

• Before washing your human hair wig or hairpiece, gently remove any tangles with your Jon Renau paddle brush or Jon Renau wide tooth comb

• Hold wig or hairpiece under cool running water. Gently lather the hair with a capful of Jon Renau | easihair Argan Smooth Luxury Shampoo while making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. DO NOT rub hair as this may cause tangling

• Rinse thoroughly in cool water until the water runs clear

• Apply Jon Renau Argan Smooth Luxury Conditioner, avoiding the base cap of the wig or hairpiece (applying conditioner to the base of the cap may weaken the knots)

• With your fingers, work conditioner through the ends of the hair for about 3-5 minutes

• Rinse thoroughly in cold water until the water runs clear

DRY & STYLE

• Wrap wig or hairpiece in a towel and gently pat to remove excess water

• DO NOT use a brush to detangle your human hair wig or hairpiece while it is wet, gently use your Jon Renau wide tooth comb

Smooth & Sleek• Blend 2-3 pumps of Jon Renau Argan Treatment Mist with Jon Renau Blown Away.

• Using a round boar-bristle/nylon brush, work through hair in 2” sections starting at nape.

• Blow dry in downward motion to smooth and direct hair

Volume• Apply 2-3 pumps of Jon Renau Weightless Volumizing Foam throughout hair.

• Using a round boar-bristle/nylon brush, work through hair in 2” vertical sections starting at nape.

• Over-direct hair for optimal volume.

Volume & Texture• Liberally spray Jon Renau Boho Beach Spray throughout damp hair.

• Apply 2-3 pumps of Jon Renau Weightless Volumizing Foam, allow hair to dry naturally or diffuse for added fullness.

TIPS

• It is recommended to use professional grade heat styling tools with digital temperature settings to control heat

• Your styling tools should be set no higher than 350° F to help maintain the integrity of the hair

• Spray Jon Renau Heat Treat Thermal Spray on to each section as you heat style to protect hair.

• Jon Renau Versatile 3-Way Hair Spray works great to help hold your finished style. Adjust the nozzle to “L” for low, “M” for medium hold, or “H” for high hold, depending on your needs

• When curling your human hair, you can use small metal clips to hold each curl while cooling for a tighter, longer-lasting curl. For a looser, more natural looking curl, allow curls to hang while cooling

• Jon Renau Boho Beach Spray can be used to on dry hair to add texture and revitalize natural curls

Terms & ConditionsHow to order and establish creditWe ask that you establish a credit account prior to making purchases with credit. You may do so by completing one of our credit applications. Note: All California businesses must submit a resale certificate prior to placing an opening order.

Payment TermsOn opening orders we accept payment by Money Order, Visa, or MasterCard.

Sales TermsAll sales are final. For your protection, we ask that you inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. We will correct duplicate deliveries, incorrect merchandise or any errors in shipment on our part upon verification of the error. You must however, notify your Account Manager of any order discrepancies within 5 days from receipt of goods

Shipping We offer same-day shipping from next day early morning delivery to regular ground service. Any drop shipment will incur a $7.00 fee.

Damaged Merchandise In the event damaged merchandise is received, contact your Account Manager within 5 days of receipt. See details in returns section.

Lost Merchandise On rare occasions, merchandise is lost in transit. Should this occur, it will be replaced once shipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed and merchandise replaced.

Returns• Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by your Account Manager. Customers must receive a return authorization number (RA#) or UPS return label from their Account Manager. The RA# or label must be visible on the outside of the box, or it will be refused and returned to sender. • Any items not included on the RA will be returned to sender.

• All returns that are not due to shipping error, order entry error, or deemed defective by our quality control department will be charged $8.00 flat rate shipping fee, per return label.

• Permission to return goods must be obtained within 5 days from the receipt of the goods. All unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.

• No returns accepted after 15 days of invoice.

• There are NO CASH REFUNDS. A credit memo will be issued. Credit card customers will receive a credit to their credit card, depending on the issuing bank this may take up to 3 business days.

• Merchandise returned must be in its original condition, including all packaging (hang tags, box, packaging paper, etc.)

• If an item has been altered in any way (cut, colored, etc), we cannot accept the return and it will be returned at sender’s expense.

• All returned items will incur an $8.00 restocking fee.

• All human hair items are subject to an additional $25.00 restyling fee, per item if not returned in its original condition. All synthetic and HD items are subject to an additional $8.00 restyling fee, per item if not returned in its original condition.

• Discontinued items are not eligible for return.

• Your Account Manager can answer any questions regarding this or any other Jon Renau policies.
