The visit took place from Monday 24 to Tuesday 25 February 2014 and our hosts for the visit were the Leigh West Big Local area. Wigan Housing Solutions is a local lettings agency. It is also a Community Interest Company. Wigan Housing Solutions lets and manages properties directly for landlords and agents, as well as properties leased by Wigan Council from private landlords. In fulfilment of its social objectives, Wigan Housing Solutions puts particular emphasis upon actively working with landlords, agents and tenants to ensure standards of let properties are maintained and improved.
