Through the GPRS we can access our device from any part of the world. For configure GPRS we will need a GPRS activated SIM card. W750L device must be enable with GPRS option. You should know the APN no. and Dial no. of your service provider. Ex. – For Vodafone . APN – www, Dial no - *99# Device must be in Service provider’s network area. One static IP required to use GPRS service. GPRS tools required for configuring the device.

Reports can be seen by the authority from any where in the world :The data captured and reports generated can be seen/monitored by teconcerned authority from anywhere in the world. The data can be seen just by logging into a website.

Centralized data base : All the biometric devices in an enterprise are connected to a central server. The devices can be placed anywhere in the world, the device will be connected to the internet without any local PC or the need of a Hub/Switch. the data captured by device will be transmitted to the central server, which in turn has the database installed in it.

Large memory capacity : W750L devices comes with large storage capacity, therefore months of transactions can be stored in the device.

The fingerprint machine is in accessible state, Press key to open the Main Menu

User Options :


Add new user :

Firstly register the personal's fingerprint or the password on the machine Whose time & attendance record will be tracked.

Follow the equipment prompt place the finger, you must continuously press the same finger 3 times in the correct method until the registration success prompt appear.

User Options :


Manage :

Here you can view all users' information in the current equipment is available, which include username, the number of fingerprint, whether the password is registered, and user’s attendance logs. You are allowed to edit or delete some users.

Following the equipment prompt, input the password, then press OK key and input password once again, only can input max. 8 digit the effective figure for the password

We can set User/Admin privilege

User Options :


Access Control setting :

Access Control settings are designed for user’s Time Period and control unlocks. if Registered users are unable to unlock, reason is current unlock time should be within any effective Time Scope of the User.

Here we can delete/edit/search for the registered users

Communication Options :


Configure networks :

Machine IP address: Default IP is 192.168.1.201, you may change, modify it.

Do not set IP as same as the IP of PC. We can not assign IP address in device through DHCP.

Communication setting :

when transfer the data between the equipment and PC, it is necessary to set the equipment communication parameter. When the equipment and the machine are in the communication, Message will display on the Software “Device connected successfully”.

Connection password :

System password is 0 by default.(namely, there is no password) it can be set as other value.

After setting, the password must be input in s/w. The password length is 1~6 digits.

Serial port option :

RS232 & RS485 is used for serial communication. Baud rate: Used for communication with PC. (9600, 19200, 38400, 57600 ,115200). High speed communication using RS232. Low speed communication using RS 485.

Inquiry Attendance :

Depending on the inquiry condition that the user defines, the record that conforms to the inquiry condition will display on the screen, it is easily user to view.

Enter the inquiry menu, first input the condition in the blank. Then input personnel's serial number and the date scope that you want to inquire
