Forniamo da più di vent’anni l’apparecchio filettatore azionato da frizioni elettromagnetiche, che garantiscono potenza, immediatezza di scambio, affidabilità e facilità d’uso (in quanto non occorre alcuna registrazione). L’uso di questo tipo di frizioni ci permette l’impiego di microinterruttori che controllano direttamente sul mandrino l’avvenuta filettatura e la sua lunghezza, arrestando la macchina in caso di errata filettatura. Tutte le parti sottoposte a sforzo meccanico sono cementate, temprate e rettificate; vengono fornite pre-assemblate per un facile montaggio. E’ possibile considerare l’uso di questo apparecchio anche in sostituzione di quello originale meccanico.

We have always supplied the Wickman threading attachment driven by electromagnetic clutches. The self-adjusting electromagnetic clutches have oversized power and they are piloted by our electronic Power Unit. The microswitches give the Power Unit the right inputs to drive the attachment properly. They can also check any malfunctioning (tap stuck in the component or missed threading operation), and allow the Unit to stop the machine. The threading spindle is usually supplied for ER type collets, some spindles are now available in coolant fed version (high pressure fluid inside bored tap). All gears and shafts are hardened and grinded. The mechanical parts are supplied fitted together as much as possible to make fitting easier .

L’apparecchio può essere montato in tutte le posizioni. 2 ingranaggi vengono montati fissi sull’albero centrale. 2 ingranaggi condotti vengono forniti; il diverso rapporto tra fresafiletti e frsapoligoni è determinato dall’ingranaggio condotto che si va a montare sulla presa-moto. L’apparecchio diretto garantisce meno vibrazioni sui pezzi, date da eventuali giochi tra gli ingranaggi.

The polygon and thread milling attachment can be fitted in any station. The attachment is usually supplied with 2 couples of gears, the 1:1 thread milling ratio and the 1:2 polygon generating ratio. All the gears and shafts are hardened and grinded. The tool fitting can be chosen between original Wickman fitting or 8°32’ de-gree conical shaped + key. In case of 8°32’ fitting we can also supply the cutter tool.

As you can see in the picture, they have the possibility to hold 1 cutter (flats) or 2 cutters at 180° (squares) or 3 cutters at 120° (hexagons). The cutters can have different widths and they must be grinded by the user.

APPARECCHIO POLIGONATORE IN PASSATA POLYGON-GENERATING ATTACHMENT WITH LONGITUDINAL MOVEMENT

Questo apparecchio è dotato di un alberino portautensile sfilabile, che può essere spinto da una staffa montata sul blocco centrale. Una volta che il carro radiale ha raggiunto la posizione di lavoro, si può spingere l’alberino, operando una poligonatura in passata. L’apparecchio trova il suo impiego migliore nella poligonatura di materiali ferrosi, dove, con l’utilizzo di utensili speciali a inserti, si possono risolvere problematiche non superabili con l’apparecchio standard. Inoltre non è trasurabile che il suo impiego possa in alcuni casi evitare il ricorso all’acquisto di dispendiosi carri a croce.

This attachment has got an extractable tool-arbor in the cross slide head. The tool-arbor back end is outside the head, so it can be pushed forward by a bracket fixed on the centre block in the same station. A set of belleville washers will pull the arbor into starting position at the end of the cycle. This kind of attachment is very good for long polygon jobs and even better for hard jobs on steel materials. In this cases we suggest to use special tools with standard inserts. Please note that using this attachment can avoid to buy very expensive compound slides.

Questo mandrino, ruotando in senso opposto alla barra, fora ad una velocità che è la

somma della sua rotazione e di quella della barra. La velocità di rotazione del mandrino

è rapportata in modo diverso a quella della macchina grazie a alcune coppie di

ingranaggi, fornite con l’apparecchio.

La pinza portapunta è del tipo ER25.

E’ eventualmente disponibile anche la versione con refrigerazione a pressione interna

all’utensile.

The High Speed Drilling Attachment is usually supplied with ER type collets and with

different couples of ratio gears.

It is now available in the coolant fed version: the coolant liquid can be pushed through

the tool at high pressure during the drilling operation.

Grazie alla presa di moto sincrona, la broccia, chiusa nella pinza ER32, è in grado di

eseguire poligoni o profili geometrici all’interno del pezzo.

Naturalmente ciò è possibile grazie ad una leggera inclinzione dell’asse di rotazione nel

mandrino portautensile.

This attachment is designed to create polygons o r geometrical profiles inside the

component. It has to be fitted on the centre block of the machine (longitudinal slide).

The tool rotates at the same speed as the bar.

The standard tool-spindle uses ER type collets.

The tool spindle has a slight inclination versus the axis of the component in order to reduce

the axial load during the broaching operation

This attachment is used to create recesses inside the component. It has to be located on the central block of the machine. After reached the right position inside the component the tool-holder moves upwards, sliding on a 14° degree ramp (that means 1 mm upwards every 4 mm of axial movement of the central block). The length of the recess is usually the same as the length of the cutting tool. However, if you need to create longer recesses, our attachment can also move axially while making the recess.

Questo dispositivo è concepito per ottenere in modo pratico e veloce delle incisioni sul

pezzo in rotazione.

Le sigle da marcare sul pezzo devono essere incise da ditte professioniste sui dischi

grezzi che forniamo e che trovano alloggiamento sul perno del timbratore.

Il funzionamento è il seguente: il carro trasversale, su cui viene montato il timbratore, si

sposta in avanti sino a che il disco entra in contatto con il pezzo rotante.

Per effetto dell’attrito il disco viene portato in trascinamento ed incide la sigla, fermandosi

poi in una zona scaricata per evitare altri contatti col pezzo.

Durante il ritorno del carrello, un puntalino opportunamente predisposto, provoca la

ricarica dell’apparecchio.

This attachment is used for marking the components in a very simple and quick way,

because it is based on a completely mechanical logic.

The cross slide, with our attachment on, moves forward till the engraved disk touches the

component.

Because of the friction between them, the disk starts to turn and mark the component.

When the engraving is over, the disk stops in a fixed position to avoid further contact whit

the component.

During the return stroke a proper pin fixed on the wall of the machine resets the attach-

ment with the disk able to turn again.

We can supply blank disks only together with the instructions about how to engrave

them.

E’ un portautensile per il carro trasversale che crea scarichi o sedi di guarnizioni posteriori o anteriori. Gli utensili dovranno essere adeguatamente profilati. Il blocchetto portaut. interno è fulcrato sul corpo fisso dell’apparecchio, e quindi, quando spinto, è in grado di ruotare leggermente portando l’utensile a lavorare il pezzo. La breve lavorazione compiuta e la distanza tra fulcro e pezzo sono tali che rendono l’arco di cerchio percorso dall’utensile del tutto approssimabile ad un movimento rettilineo. Una staf fa posizionata sull’esagono centrale oppure su di una spinta assiale indipendente (a seconda dei modelli di macchina) spingerà il blocchetto attraverso un rap-porto di leva.

It is fixed on cross slide and it makes back or frontal grooving operations. The tool is not included and must be properly profiled by the customer. The cutter moves on a circle but, because of its distance to the pivot and its small movement inside the part, the result is like it does a straight movement. The tool-holder is pushed by a bracket fixed on centre block.
