ICC, LLC (Integrity Capital Consulting, LLC) is a newly formed (5 months new), consulting firm, solely owned and operated currently by Christina L. Benson. Christina has been in various financial arena's over the past 15 years. The vision is simple; realize, develop and fund Renewable Energies and Commercial Developments that have concentrated efforts in Self - Sustainability across the globe. With tourism in mind as well as integration into economies of needed growth. Heavily weighing in on current Sovereign desires and incentives. Christina's experience over the past 15 yearsextends to: Investment Banking, Renewable Energies, Capital Markets, Private Funding Arena, FossilFuels, Commercial Development, and has a vast network of professionals domestic and internationally for Sub-Contracting as needed.

ICC, LLC and Whitesands Group, LLC (Bimal Deo), have entered into a General Partnership with allgood intentions and same visionary standpoint creating WICC (US). This General Partnership will control the funds for investments and projects into WICC (Fiji) Limited via pass-through WICC (Australia) PTY LTD utilizing ANZ Australia into ANZ Fiji (Banking Entity). Currently a JV is beingdrawn up by Peter Chandra (Australia Legal Counsel for WICC (Fiji) Limited (Whitesands Integrity Capital Consulting (Fiji) Limited - 6 weeks), headquartered in Nadi, Fiji Islands. Simultaneously an entity WICC (Australia) PTY LTD in Australia is in the midst of formation by aforementioned legal counsel; same completion time of 6 weeks. A corporate office is to be constructed within 6 months from date of capital injection as part of the plan in Nadi, Fiji Islands. Our “Green Footprint” focus is Fiji and the Pacific Islands.

Compiling a strong team of industry professionals is a tremendous determination in our success. We have ties to extremely experienced individuals in several important areas needed to succeed. Our team will be growing as needed on a direct hire, or contract basis dependent on necessity. An reputable EPC company will also be contracted for development commencement from the US.

Bimal Deo (Whitesands Group, LLC, Whitesands Fiji - JV Partner WICC) – A native Fijian, on location in Nadi, Fiji Islands in holding a degree in Engineering has been acting as a representative for a large scale developer/investor and has various experience over the past 23 years * Consultation with FEA. Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism and Ministry of Infrastructure for Green Growth Renewable Energy Projects. * Representing Gatoson Holdings (HK) Limited for consultation with Govt. for a Financial Hub/ Tourism City (Vulani Island). Managing Director of all WICC locations.

Christina L. Benson (Integrity Capital Consulting, LLC/WICC) – Located in Oregon, USA has held many positions as well as independently sought after funding solutions for various project types as well as presentation creation. With 15 years experience in Investment Banking, Private Investing, Capital Markets, Renewable Energy, Commercial Development. Working direct with large Banks, Investment Groups, Hedge Funds, PE Groups, Principles of Developments, Domestically and Internationally. Managing Director of all WICC locations

Shad Ali (Unity Holdings (Fiji) Limited (Separate JV w/Bimal Deo) & Aquaponics Pacific (Aust/Fiji/Vanuatu) Limited) – Dual citizenship of Australia and Fiji, a native Fijian. Will be consulting on a contract basis as needed (is very hands on) for Project Management, Sustainability Integration, also bringing forth Renewable Energy Projects i.e. solar/wind farms and micro-grid solutions for remote villages, also has direct involvement with the Cruise Liner Port to be constructedin conjunction with first two resorts. Holds degrees in Engineering, Project Management & IT Networking. Will act as a consultant on a contract basis for all WICC projects.

*** Christina Benson, Bimal Deo and Shad Ali have been working together for the past 19 months on Renewable Energy Projects for Fiji and have developed a productive, credulous relationship.

Ron Steenbergen – Electrical Engineer - will be contracted and consulted for all projects.

Dr. Pramrod Sharma – Environmental Sustainable Development - consulting all projects.

Dr. Ankin Swamy - Engineer Auditor and Project Management - consulting for all projects.

Alipat Tavai – Fijian Protocol Manager - all projects located within Fiji Islands.

Manoa Rasigatale – Fijian Heritage Coordinator - consulting basis for resort projects

Ilaitia Tuisawau – Telecommunications Engineer for resort projects and acting Buyer's Realtor of WICC (Fiji) Limited.

*** Additional direct hires such as International CFO, COO and other necessary staff to be integratedas part of the team build out.

CURRENT PROJECT SYNOPSIS

Projects will commence in following order:

1. Saweni Development (Phase 1) 406 Acres – Beachfront in Saweni Bay – 100% Sustainable Tourism Resort - Medical Facility, Retirement Community, World Class Golf Course, Residential Homes – Under Contract as of 4/13/2014 for $17mm USD

2. Saweni Development (Phase 2)– 250 Acres – Beachfront in Saweni Bay – 100% Sustainable Tourism Resort – 4 & 5 Star Hotels (2-3), Cultural Center, Performance Center, Port (See #3) – Under contract as of 4/15/2015

3. Vuda Cruise Liner Port - Plan is to develop simultaneously with the 2nd Saweni Development delivering tourists direct to 2nd Saweni Development resort location. There is NOT a Cruise Liner “only” port located in the Western Region of the Islands. All cruise liners currently share space with the Cargo Port on the island of Viti Levu. Which is a 90 min process each way, to and from the ship in small boats. Plan already in place. Carnival Australia, and other major cruise lines previously contacted and expressed verbally that they would utilize such port when a location exists.

4. S. Denarau Resort Development – 650 Acres Oceanfront, River Frontage and Casino license TBI as part of terms of purchase – Offer has been submitted for $15mm to secure. Valued at approximately $75mm

5. Renewable Energy to provide for on Grid (PPA's with Sovereign in process) and direct to Developments.

6. Biomass Anaerobic Digestion invitational involvement of WICC (Fiji) Limited.

7. Provide Co-Financing solutions for Micro-grids to remote villages that otherwise rely on diesel generators.

8. Green City Development - 10,000 Acres – 100% Self-Sustainable

9. Macuata Island Boutique High End Resort

Additional projects under discussions currently for long term goals: Sustainable Organic Food Production using controlled environment farming method of "Aquaponics", Sustainable Pastoral projects for Beef and Dairy, Drinking Water and Waste Water Management for Green Cities, Biomassto Biogas for fossil fuel freedom development in RA Province.

*** In addition, plans for a corporate office to be built within 6 months in Nadi, Fiji. Location has been selected.
