Why You Absolutely Must Develop Your Talent

We all are tenants in this world. We didnt create our selves, nor did we create this world.We own our existence to That from which all came forth. I like to call It many names,

though some names unfortunately have strong negative religious associations.

Although we are also tiny parts of That which created us, we are not It. We are mini-gods,

as Life created us in its image.

To waste ones life is a sin, because it shows a lack of gratitude of the Giver of Life. When

we dont appreciate life and the gifts that God gave us, we are bound to feel misery,

because were going against the current of life.

The gifts that we were given, our natural talents I mean, are extremely precious. They

must be developed, as that would be the best thank-you for the potentials and talents that

our Creator gave us.

Sometimes Im made by the Creator to say some things spontaneously, or take some

actions, to wake someone up so that they would start realizing their potential. Sometimes

thats an unpleasant experience, like a person suddenly sees how much he wasted his life,

but the good thing about this sudden realization is that the action is then taken to reveal

the inner talents one has.

I noticed that Life flowing through me often touches people this way. They are awakened

from the slumber, and since that happens often, I see that its Gods plan to urge people to

develop their unique gifts and share them with humanity. It makes me happy to see this

phenomenon happening with the help of the vessel that I am; Gods intentions are

beautiful.

All of us are gifted, but many people dont notice their own talents. Either the talents are so

second-nature that they go unnoticed, or people dont consider that something they do is

great.

The wrong understanding of occupations can also cause us not to appreciate some great

skills that we have. Such skills can be spotless cleaning, an ability to fix things, or an ability

to make some item of machinery to function. Just because the modern world makes us

think that some jobs are lower than others doesnt make it true. Its just a wrong judgment,

thats all. Whatever our talents are, we must appreciate them and work to develop them,

because by perfecting them, we show the biggest gratitude to the Universe.

We are punished if we fail to develop our talents. What can be a worse punishment than

being stuck in a job you hate, when every minute you feel that youre wasting your

life? The fear about money and so forth must be conquered in such a case, to break

through, as fear is anti-God. Once its overcome, talents will naturally seek out expression

and youll get support and time to develop them.

I like how the book about Jesus, Aquarian Gospel, puts it (though this parable can

have different meanings on different levels of consciousness):

Then Jesus spoke a parable to all; he said, A vassal of an emperor was made

a king, and he went to the foreign land to claim his rights and take the kingdom

to himself.

Before he went he called ten trusted servants and to each he gave a pound

and said,

Go forth and use these pounds as you have opportunity, that you may gain for

me more wealth. And then he went his way.

And after many days he came again, and called the ten, demanding a report.

The first one came and said, Lord, I have gained nine pounds; you gave me

one and here are ten.

The king replied, Well done, you faithful man; because you have been faithful

in a little thing I judge that you will be a faithful servant in a greater thing;

Behold, I make you ruler over nine important cities of my realm.

The second came and said, Lord, I have gained for you four pounds; you gave

me one, and here are five.

The king replied, And you have proven up your faithfulness. Behold, I make

you ruler over four important cities of my realm.

Another came and said, Lord, I have doubled what you gave to me. You gave

one pound to me and here are two.

The ruler said, And you have proved your faithfulness; Behold, I make you

ruler over one important city of my realm.

Another came and said, Lord, here is what you gave to me. I knew you were

an austere man, oft reaping where you did not sow and I was sore afraid, and

so I took the pound you gave to me and hid it in a secret place; and here it is.

The king exclaimed, You slothful man! you knew what I required, that I

expected every man to do his best.

If you were timid and afraid to trust your judgment in the marts of trade, why

did you not go forth and put my money out for gain, that I could have my own

with interest?

Then turning to the steward of his wealth the ruler said, Take you this pound

and give it unto him who has by diligence earned nine.

For lo, I say, that every one who uses what he has and gains, shall have

abundantly; but he who hides away his talent in the earth shall forfeit what he

has.

A human being whos not conscious of the talents she has, nor strives to find and develop

them, is a human being with no light. Such humans are common, and you probably have

no opinion about them when you meet them. Theyre simply ordinary folk, doing the stuff

that society expects them to do.

But on rare occasions you meet a fine soul who developed his/her talent and perfected the

ability to an extent that Gods energy easily flows through his/her vessel (body). Such

people look like gods incarnated, they have a powerful presence like this guy because of a

huge gravity field of their own, and all the lives they touch are enhanced.

Whether its a person who has a natural ability to fix cars, or an artist singing

enthralling songs, beings who develop their talents are as bright as stars, and stand out

from the crowd. They look like bright flowers in an otherwise ordinary meadow. Whatever

your talent is, if you develop it, youll gain the glow of Gods energy, and people will respect

you, and seek you out, because the machinery that you were given (your body) is serving

its purpose.

Now usually the vessel created for playing a music instrument is doing office work. This is

because that person bought into the American dream, or is not trusting God enough to

believe he will be provided for if he does what hes supposed to do in life.

People as such will either look in no way special, or even have dark energy about them.

The light is there, but its covered with the misery that comes out of doing the work one is

not supposed to do. This misery is a cry of the oppressed soul.

People must plug out of the mass consciousness of the fear of survival and struggle, for

them to tune into higher thought currents and thrive as a result. Thats a big challenge to

overcome, but it must be, if you want to feel fulfilled and at peace. God will only reward

those who boldly take the step towards their freedom.

So dont be afraid of what the society will think of you or about your survival. If you fully

trust God, and fearlessly develop your talents, God will surely take care of you. God

always does so for those who do their best, but the lazy ones prayers are ignored.

That doesnt mean you should instantly quit your job and follow your talent, becauseit

takes time for the energy to shift and thus circumstances to get better, but your mind must

be set to the destination of perfecting your talent. Once your mind is firmly set,

circumstances will start shifting to allow you time and give you resources to bring out your

inner gifts. Then gradually youll do less and less of the work that you dislike, and more

and more of the work that you were destined for.

Doing the work youre supposed to do will fill you with other-worldly energy, youll feel at

peace, and such work will be the best thank-you for the Creator who gave you this

precious life.
