Why Take Up the Challenge?• People who have migrated from countries in crisis are considered at greater risk of depression, anxiety and other mental health issues
• Dearth of culturally relevant mental health promotion resources
• How do people from Afghanistan, Burma and North and South Sudan experience and heal from depression in Australia?
Stewardship Group (core project team) –•isee-ilearn – project oversight, data collection, create resource, facilitate process evaluation and support impact evaluation•beyondblue – support project implementation and process evaluation, facilitate community engagement through established networks, market resource, conduct 6 and 12 month impact evaluation of the resource•The Australian Centre for Social Innovation (TACSI) – invest financially in the project, support project implementation and reporting, provide input into project and evaluation design
