To Whom It May Concern, THE TRUTH ABOUT THE NOVEMBER 24, 2014, HACKING OF THE IT MAINFRAME AT SONY PICTURES ENTERTAINMENT INC. & WHY THE SENIOR EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM FOUND IT NECSSARY.

On November 19, 2014, Michael David Moore was Constructively Discharged from my job at Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., I was FIRED, because of a Workers Compensation Claim I filed against SPE August 3, 2009, I had been harassed by my boss for years and was having a Nervous Breakdown. ACE LIMITED, now called CHUBB was the Insurance Company for Sony Pictures, Mr. Evan Greenberg the Chairman & CEO of CHUBB, had called an Emergency Meeting on September 23, 2009, the first & only such meeting in the 100 year history of the Workers Compensation.

Mr. Evan Greenberg called the meeting, because Sony Pictures had covered up the allegations, I had made against Executive Director Jeff Grover my boss. The meeting lasted over 18 hours, and took place in New York City, New York, at ACE Group Head Quarters, 1133 Avenue of the Americas on September 24, 2009. The decision that came out of that meeting, was September 25, 2009 at 9:00 AM EST Sony Corporation, was going to be put out of business. Sony Corporation was to become a TOTAL LOSS, on the HEAP of FAILED COMPANIES just as ENRON had been a TOTAL LOSS, a few years earlier.

Mr. Evan Greenberg himself told me, in a telephone conversation we had, the Senior Executive Management of Sony Pictures, "Michael Lynton, Amy Pascal, George Rose, & Leah Weil" had Violated several Federal & California State Labor Laws, and they had also Violated between 27 to 37 Statutes, of the Securities & Exchange Act of 1934, and they had entered into a Conspiracy to Conceal the Fact, that they had committed all of these Violations of the Laws, of both the United States Federal Government & the California State Government.

Evan Greenberg told me, nothing in the World, could prevent or stop Sony Corporation from being put out of business. He was mistaken, because I stopped them September 24, 2009, when I sent a fax, (which I still have), and I with drew the Workers Compensation Claim I had failed against Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc.

Evan Greenberg said; The United States Securities and Exchange Commission was notified & informed September 24, 2009, that at 9:00 AM EST, September 25, 2009, an unnamed multi-billion dollar corporation would be removed from the trading board of the Worlds Stock Exchanges. The Share Holders who have $34 Billion Dollars Invested in the Sony Corporation would lose every single dollar.

Evan Greenberg said the following Individuals were also notified, President Barack Obama, Former Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, Former Prime Minster Gordon Brown of the United Kingdom, Former Chancellor of the Exchequer Alistair Darling of the United Kingdom, Former Japanese Prime Minster Yukio Yosano, Former Japanese Minster of Finance Kaoru Hatoyama, as well as many others around the World, because Sony Corporation is a multinational company and it's demise was going to have an effect on Nations around the World.

Evan Greenberg said, thanks to me, after 18 plus hours, they thought they're long day was over, but now they would have to be up all night. Calling everyone back, that had been notified during the day, to tell them, a mistake had been made. The unnamed Injured Employee of the unnamed Company, his Remarkable Dedication Loyalty was, as it turned out the one thing in the World, and he SAVED the Company, by with drawing his Workers Compensation Claim against his Employer.

Evan Greenberg said, Michael David Moore is The Most Loyal & Dedicated Employee in the World, he also said, Sony Corporation, the Employees of Sony Corporation, & the Share Holders of Sony Corporation. Should All Count Their Blessings, because of, His Unwavering Loyalty & Dedication to Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., A Company That Clearly, Does Not, Even Deserve, To Have, Such A Loyal & Dedicated Employee.

Mr. Evan Greenberg said; they ran the numbers September 24, 2009 and put a value on This True Story which they called The Most Loyal Employee Ever Known To The World. Mr. Evan Greenberg said, the Worldwide Value of my story, is somewhere between 4 to 6 Billion American Dollars, he said, Mr. Moore you need to Attach your name to your story, your Property Right. Now, because of what has happened to me, I intend to do just that, Attach my name to my story.

The last thing Evan Greenberg said, to me, quote Once you go back there, and tell them, the Executive Management of Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., about what almost happened here tonight. I can not possibly Imagine, they would ever be so Foolish Second Time, to allow Michael Moore v. Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., unquote, If they are so Foolish what didn't happen here tonight, will happen if you ever file a lawsuit against Sony Pictures.

February 19, 2010, I went to Amy Pascal's Thalberg office, and I had a 35 minute conversation with Chairman Amy Pascal. I told her, what almost happened and how I stopped it from happening. I told her, Sony Pictures Chief Legal Council Leah Weil, and Senior Executive Vice-President George Rose the Head of Sony Pictures Human Resources Department, were responsible for covering up Executive Director Jeff Grover. I told Amy Pascal, she and Chairman Michael Lynton, needed to take care of this matter.

I told Amy Pascal, She & Michael Lynton need to terminate Executive Director Jeff Grover, Senior Executive Vice-President George Rose, and Senior Executive Vice-President Leah Weil, ESQ. I told Amy Pascal, all three of them need to be Terminated for the Miserable Failure of The Fiduciary Duty they have to Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., and they did nothing. I was forced to work for another 5 1/2 years for Jeff Grover, who continued to harass me. Until I was on my way to having, my second Mental & Psychological Nervous Breakdown, because of Jeff Grover, and Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc.

On November 13, 2014, I had a meeting with Vice-President Tom Curran, who had recently been in charge of my department. I told Tom what Jeff Grover had been doing and he was thoroughly disgusted. Tom Curran said he would arrange meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, I received a text message at 10:50 AM from Julie, assistant to Senior Vice-President Ferdinand Fattorini it read, A meeting invite had been sent to u, I called Julie, she told me, scheduled to attend were, Hubbard, Fattorini, Curran, Groe, & myself, and I could invite anyone to the meeting that I wanted too.

November 19, 2014, I was expecting Senior Vice-President Ferdinand Fattorini, Cynthia Hubbard of Human Resources, Michael Groe my Foreman, Vice-President Tom Curran & myself. We met for the meeting in Tom Curran's office, Cynthia Hubbard did not attend. I was shocked, when Senior Vice-President Ferdinand Fatorini told, Tom Curran, he could not attend the meeting, and told him to leave his own office, then I was railroaded out of Sony Pictures. What has happened to me, since then, is even more Despicable & Disgusting.

I am a former Sony Pictures employee (34 years), I was an employee in the Telecommunications Department, which is a part of the Sony Pictures IT Department, and reported to Senior Vice-President Ferdinand Fattorini. I also happen to be Gay and HIV-Positive since 1995.

Sony Pictures Senior Executive Management, Chairman Michael Lynton, Former Chairman Amy Pascal, Senior Executive Vice-President Leah Weil, ESQ., Senior Executive Vice-President George Rose, Chairman Tom Rothman, Dr. Steven Witlin Sony Pictures Medical Doctor, Sony Pictures Medical Department Executive Director Nurse Therese Saporito, and my former Department Head, Executive Director Jeff Grover, all are fully aware, I am HIV-Positive, it had been common knowledge at Sony Pictures since August 1995 as well.

I was on the verge of having a Severe Mental & Psychological Nervous Breakdown, what had caused me to Suffer this Neurological condition. I had been Harassed for nearly 21 years by, Sony Pictures Executive Director Jeffery James Grover. Mr. Grover is a Narcissistic Sadist, who got a tremendous amount joy & pleasure, from Intimating, Harassing, Humiliating, Ridiculing, & Threatening, the Employees in his Sony Pictures Telecommunications Department.

On Thursday July 30, 2009, I contacted Mr. Bill Brickmeyer who was my IBEW LOCAL 40 Union Business Manager. I told him, that Mr. Grover had Harassed me for over 20 years, and I could not deal with his Harassment any longer. IBEW Local 40 knew, I am HIV-Positive, it had been common knowledge since August 1995, when I informed Business Manager Tim Dixon.

I told Mr. Brickmeyer, my Elevated Stress Level at Sony Pictures, is Literally going to Kill me, if something is not done about Jeff Grover, his Constant Harassment, Discrimination, & Out Right Mental Abuse, of Me. I told Mr. Brickmeyer, his Unconscionable Mistreatment, is Seriously Affecting my Physical Health, Mental Health, and My Financial Welfare, and I can not take it anymore.

I asked him to file a Grievance against Mr. Grover, on my behave with the Sony Pictures Industrial Relations Department. I told Mr. Brickmeyer, Jeff Grover, has on many occasions Publicly Stated, his Vial & Disgusting Racist, Bigoted Beliefs. Mr. Brickmeyer refused to file a Grievance, he said; he valued, the good working relationship, he had with Executive Director Grover, and he was not about to risk jeopardizing, his good working relationship.

I told Mr. Brickmeyer, I would deal with this matter myself, he sarcastically asked me how I intended to deal with my personal problem. I told him, I would deal with my personal problem, by filing a Workers Compensation Claim, for a Work Related Stress Injury. I made it very clear to Mr. Brickmeyer, since I had to deal with this matter myself, when I return back to my job. If I ever receive another Union Dues Bill from IBEW LOCAL 40, I would report IBEW and LOCAL 40, to the United States Labor Department. I never received another Union Dues Bill from IBEW LOCAL 40, and no one Sony Pictures had any idea or knowledge, that I had not been a member of that Union since 2010.

On Friday July 31, 2009, I called Retired Sony Studios Facilities President Arnie Shupack, who had hired me in June of 1982, when he was the M-G-M Studios Facilities Manager. I was the Second Telephone man hired for the new M-G-M Telecommunications Department, M-G-M was the first Movie Studio to have it's own in house Telecommunications crew.

I told Mr. Shupack, how Mr. Grover, had been mistreating not only myself, that he had in fact mistreated every employee in his department. I told Arnie Shupack, IBEW LOCAL 40, Union Business Manager, Mr. Bill Brickmeyer had refused to file a Grievance against Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. I told Arnie I was both shocked and dumbfounded, that IBEW LOCAL 40 violated it's fiduciary duty, when Mr. Brickmeyer refused to represent me, a DUES PAYING UNION MEMBER.

I asked Arnie, if I was correct in my belief, if I filed a Workers Compensation Claim, it would protect me, because my Medical Treatment would be Documented and Paid for, by Sony Pictures Insurance Company. I thought the HR Personal could not possibly be as Stupid and Foolish, as to try and Cover-up, something Sony's as serious as this own Insurance Company. I told Arnie Shupack since I was forced to deal with this situation myself, I would have to protect myself somehow. I told Arnie, it is a well known fact, at Sony Pictures. If an employee went to Human Resources, with a complainant about mistreatment or Discrimination by SPE Management. The complaining employee no longer has a job at Sony Pictures, as they are always forced out of the company. Arnie confirmed what I thought,Workers comp, would be the way, for me to protect myself.

Monday August 3, 2009, walking across the Studio lot from the Parking Structure, I see the Department Laborer Chris Dunn, I told Mr. Dunn to to place some bankers boxes in my workstation, I told him after I get finished at HR, I will be packing my stuff, because more than likely I will not bereturning to a job at SPE.

I then went to SPE Medical department, and asked to see, Executive Director & Studio NurseTherese Saporito. We went across the street to HR, and it took me over Ninety minutes to tell Abby Felder about Executive Director Jeff Grover.

I told her Jeff Grover is a Racist Bigot, this man would say things; ie: "I will never have a "NIGGER" in my crew", "I will never have a "WETBACK" in my crew", Mr. Grover would say for instance: "These Fucking Heebs or Kikes", he would refer to Gays as Faggots, and I would challenge him. Mr. Grover constantly discussed his employees personal or private business, and I would challenge him. Mr. Grover routinely violated the IBEW LOCAL 40 Union Collective Bargaining Agreement, and I would challenge him.

I told Abby Felder I hired Donny Harris the only African American technician in the Telecommunications Crew, when Gerald Brown replace Grover at the time he was promoted to SPE management. Brown was unfamiliar with the procedure to hire from the Union, and I was told by Grover to call the Union for a person to fill Brown's position he vacated when he became the Foreman. I called Brickmeyer at the Union Hall, I told him Ruth Ollie-Wright has asked Grover to many times, why are there no African American Technicians in the crew. I told Brickmeyer, I was afraid this issue would become a big problem for Sony Pictures if that did not change, so I hired Donny Harris and was sending him to the Union Hall to pay for a work permit.

I told her what what had happened to Patrick Patchen, a former co-worker who had transferred from the SPE Telecommunications Department to Sony Image Works. Five years later, he was laid off his job at Image Works, he went to Mr. Grover, and asked for his job back in the Telecommunications Department. Mr. Grover gave him his job back, after he made Mr. Patchen literally beg him, Mr. Grover told my former co-workers Mark Pachaco, Michael Groe, Gerald Brown, (retired SPE Foreman living in San Antonio, Texas.), and myself, I told Felder, Grover walked into the Thalberg Basement shop, the man could not stop laughing, as he told us what he had made Patchen do, in order for him to get his job back at SPE.

As Saporito and I were leaving her office to go to Dr. Steven Witlin off lot office, Felder told me. While your home recovering to write in a notebook any other incidents I can recall, when I have 4 or 5, to call her. I said to Felder, it is not a good idea, what your are asking me to do, is going to set me up to look like I am a disgruntled employee, who is trying to get his boss. She told me, no it would not, the more information HR has, will help with the investigation of Mr. Grover. I told her, I still think it a bad idea, I called Abby Felder August 4, 2009 with ten to fifteen more incidences. On August 6, 2009 I called with two more pages, this time she told me, I did not need to keep calling her. I reminded her, I was doing as she had instructed. Then Felder asked if I could come in to HR at 4:00 PM to see a Doctor. I asked her, what kind of Doctor was I to see, a Psychiatrist? She said yes. I told her, I would come in and see the Psychiatrist if that would help HR. I met with Dr. Michael Zona, on Thursday August 6, 2009, in an HR conference room. Dr. Zona had in his hand, the legal tablet Felder had filled with the accusations I made against Grover. He told me; he had been hired by Sony Pictures, as an independent consultant, to determine. If the allegations I had made against Grover were true, or was I an angry disgruntled employee. Who is trying to cause trouble for his boss. He said you know; you have made a lot of very serious accusations any one of which, if proved to be true would result in an automatic termination of Executive Director Jeff Grover. I told Zona; I know the accusations are serious and I know if one of my co-workers confirms only one of those accusations, it will result in Grover being terminated and losing his job. Within fifteen minutes Dr. Zona knew everything I had accused Grover of having done to myself and my co-workers was the truth. He knew I was not only concerned for my welfare, he knew I was concerned for the welfare of my co-workers. And he knew, I was terrified, about what could happen, if Sony Pictures was ever sued, because of Jeff Grover. I told him just as I had told my co-worker and Abby Felder, if Sony Pictures Insurance Company had to pay damages to one of Grover's victims. The amount of money, it would cost the Insurance Company, Sony Corporation could lose it's Insurance coverage, and there would not be another Insurance Company that would risk underwriting an Insurance Policy. If that were ever to happen, Sony Corporation would be out of business. After 3 hours and 45 minutes, I told Dr. Zona; you know, what I have said about Grover is the truth, so we should end this meeting and go home.. I told Zona; I have no idea what you are getting paid for being here, but we are not going to be in this conference room tomorrow morning, when everyone returns to work at 9:00 AM. I am sure it is costing, this company quite a bit of money, and Sony Pictures does not need to waste any more money to find out if I have told the truth about Grover. I said, its Thursday night we both have to get on the 405, I have to drive to Long Beach, and you have to drive to Newport Beach. So we should end this and go home. Zona told me he was going to write in his report; he believed every thing I said about Grover is true. That I am genuinely concerned for the welfare of my co-workers, and Sony Pictures. In no way are you a threat to the safety of the Sony Pictures and the Employees. Zona, then said; Michael, I urge you, do not under any circumstances wait for your Workers Compensation Medical Benefits to start, because it could take a week or more. In my professional opinion, as a Medical Doctor, your condition is so severe; I believe you are one thread away from having a Complete Nervous Breakdown. If that thread breaks, I do not know, if you will ever, be able to come back from it. Michael, I urge you to find yourself a Doctor of Psychiatric Medicine tomorrow. You need to begin treatment immediately, that is how serious I believe your Psychiatric Medical Condition is at this moment. I asked Zona, if he could take me as a patient, he told me, he could not take me as a patient, because it would be a conflict of interest, because he had been hired as an unbiased consultant. He did however, refer me to a friend of his in Newport Beach for treatment. As we were walking towards the exit, he blocked the doorway, then said; I can not let you leave here, until I get your answer for two last questions. Sony Pictures, needs to know your answer to these two questions. What if everything, you have alleged, is proven to be true, by your co -workers, and for some reason Jeff Grover does not loose his job. Zona said: and God, I can not imagine, how that could happen, given all of these allegations, you have made against him, but say, there is a technicality. And, Mr. Grover is not terminated, and he gets to keep his job, could you, come back to work for Sony Pictures, and could you, work for Jeff Grover again. I knew then and there, Dr. Zona was not a paid, unbiased, independent consultant, who had no interest in the out come of the HR investigation of Jeff Grover. That he was in fact a medical Doctor, who had been paid a bribe, and I could not believe what Sony Pictures was doing. I said, let me think a minute before I answer, it took me about one second, to give him the answers to his two questions. I answered with, after having had to put up with his Crap, his Harassment and his Mental Abuse, for more than twenty years. If he knows, he will not be so lucky for there to be another technicality, that will give him a third chance. Yes I could come back to work for Sony Pictures and yes if I have too, I can work for Jeff Grover again, should there some how, be a miracle technicality. The question Sony Pictures needs to have answered, can Jeff Grover, after finding out, I am the person, who went to HR and filed the complaint and allegations against him. Can, Jeff Grover, handle Michael David Moore working for him, again. Sony Pictures needs to realize this fact, Executive Director Jeff Grover is a Narcissistic Sociopath, and as soon, as he has it, in his head, he has gotten away with everything, he has done to me. Jeff Grover, will start right back, where he left off, and the next time, I just might file a law suit myself, against Sony Pictures. It had better be made crystal clear to Jeff Grover, that he had better not ever again Harass me or anyone else, who has to work for him, but I do not believe it is possible, given how well I know him, not to do so. On Friday, August 7, 2009, my partner Dale Swope, his sister Rebecca Swope, his business partner Robin Merrill and I went to see a Herbie Hancock concert at the Hollywood Bowl. As we were entering, I saw Morgan Freeman, he and I, had a conversation. I asked Morgan, how he was getting along?, Morgan was still recovering, from the injuries, he had sustained, from the car wreck, he had a year earlier, in Mississippi. He told me, he was doing much better and was getting back to work, I told Morgan, I went out for a long overdue Mental Health Hiatus, that I had filed a Workers Compensation Claim for Stress Disability.

I said to Morgan, you being an African American Actor, I doubt, this will be much, of a surprise to you. After twenty years of being Harassed by my boss, I went to the Sony Pictures Human Resources Department on Monday and reported the racist bigot, Executive Director of Sony Pictures, Telecommunications Department, who had Harassed me for 21 years. I told Morgan; yesterday HR, had me come in to the studio, and meet with a Psychiatrist, that last 2 questions he asked. Gave me a bad feeling, as to how this is going to turn out for me, I told Morgan, I doubted that, I would working for Sony Pictures, after going to HR.

On Saturday August 8, 2009 I had the Nervous Breakdown, Dr. Zona had warned me about. I was taken to Long Beach Community Hospital, and was admitted to the Hospital's Psychiatric ward for treatment. I did come back from the Nervous Breakdown and was released for followup treatment by Dr. Frank Martinez a Psychologist, Dr. William Clark a Psychiatrist at Memorial Counseling Associates in Long Beach, Ca. When Dr. Clark retired, I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh Sheth. My Motion Picture Health & Welfare Plan paid for my treatment at Long Beach Community Hospital and Memorial Counseling Associates.

Mr. Robert Thompson, a claims specialist employed by ESIS, Sony Pictures Third Party Workers Compensation Administrator, He was the administrator of my Workers Comp Claim against Sony Pictures, he sent me to Dr. Ismail Yassai, a Psychologist. Dr. Yassai is a California certified Workers Compensation QME, for Mental Health Injuries. On or about August 21, 2009 Robert Thompson received Dr. Yasssi first Medical report on my injury, and Thompson was literally shocked, when he read the report. The details of my Mental & Psychological Injury and how I had Suffered from that Injury, caused by Jeff Grover's Intentionally Inflicted Mental & Psychological Abuse and Harassment. My Mental Suffering at the hands of Jeff Grover, Robert Thompson told me after reading that first report from Dr. Yassai, he had never been more disgusted by anything in his life, until read about my Boss Jeff Grover.

Robert Thompson told me after he the initial report, he contacted Sony Pictures Human Resources Department Head, Senior Executive Vice-President George Rose, Thompson told George Rose, never in his career, had he ever read a more disgusting Doctors report on an Injured Worker, as is the report, he received and read on Injured Worker Michael David Moore. Thompson demanded Sony Pictures, provide him with a written report every 2 days, of the progress and details of what my co-workers had to say, when they interviewed for the Sony Pictures Investigation of Jeff Grover. He wanted the names of all of the employees who worked in the Sony Pictures Telecommunications Department. The reason he wanted the names, for the Risk Management Department of ACE American Insurance Company so they could come up with an estimate of what Executive Director Jeff Grover and Sony Pictures were going to cost, the Investors of ACE LIMITED.

Robert Thompson never received a Single report, he was Stonewalled by Sony Pictures, he made repeated phone calls, asking for the bi-daily reports. The only thing he received from Sony Pictures, were lame excuses. He called me at least three times, and asked, if I knew or had heard anything about the Sony Pictures Investigation of Jeff Grover. I had to ask Robert Thompson three times, to please not to report this to ACE American Insurance Company's Risk Management Department. I would call Abby Felder, and tell her Sony Pictures, needed to change directions, and give Thompson the reports that he had demanded. I called Abby Felder three times, I told her they needed to suspend or fire Jeff Grover, and call Robert Thompson, because he works for Sony Pictures Insurance Company. Abby Felder told me, it was not my concern, she said; they were the Professionals, and they knew what they were doing. I told Abby Felder, they did not know what they were doing, and what they are doing by stonewalling Thompson, is driving nails into the lid of Sony Corporation's Coffin.

The last phone call I made to Abby Felder, she told me, my phone calls to her & Sony Pictures Human Resources Department were now Harassment. Abby Felder said, if I called her one more time there would not be a job for me at Sony Pictures. I told Ms. Felder, if Sony Pictures did not change directions and start obliging Robert Thompson repeated demands for written reports of Sony Pictures Investigation of Jeff Grover. There would not be a job for anyone in the entire Sony Corporation, because there will not be a Sony Corporation in business, as a result of what Sony Pictures Executives are doing right now, and that is my concern

On Wednesday September 23, 2009, around 10:00 AM, I received a telephone call, from Robert Thompson, he told me, he had contacted the Risk Management Department of ACE American Insurance Company on Tuesday the day before, he inform them of what Sony Pictures had been doing. He said he had just gotten off the phone with the Vice-President of Risk Management at ACE American Insurance Company. They had notified ACE LIMITED based in Zurich Switzerland. Who is the Parent Company of both ESIS & Ace American Insurance Company. He said the Chairman of ACE LIMITED Mr. Evan Greenberg had called an emergency meeting, because of the Workers Compensation Claim, I filed against Sony Pictures. He said Evan Greenberg and all of the Senior Executives of ACE LIMITED were boarding a company aircraft and were flying overnight to New York City, and at 7:00 AM the meeting will convene.

Robert Thompson said; there will be people from around the World, flying to New York City to attend the meeting. The only thing he knew, is that he was told to call me and tell me I would be receiving a telephone call late tomorrow evening. He said; the telephone call would be in the late evening, because it was going to be a very long meeting. He said; he was told to tell me, to make sure Dale Swope and I were at home in the evening, when the telephone comes. He said; I was to make sure Dale Swope was home, because they want to talk with him as well.

Thompson said he could not tell me anything more, as to what might happen as a result of the Emergency Meeting, he said; as far as he knew nothing like this has ever happened, because of a Workers Compensation Claim. He said, he worked in a boiler room with about 75 other Workers Compensation Claims Administrators, and he had asked about half of his co-workers. If they ever had something like this happen with one of the claims, they have administered. For next 34 & hours I was frantic, and all I could do was pace, worry and go for walks around the block. I could not eat or sleep, all I could think about, was the Disaster that was hours away, what I had caused, and I would start crying. I knew full well, what I would be told, when that phone call came, I knew the Sony Corporation was hours away from being put out of Business. The Stupidly of the Senior Executive Management Team of Sony Pictures Entertainment, who tried to coverup what Jeff Grover had done to me and my co-workers. All I could think about were my friends that worked at the Studio who were hours away from losing their jobs, and how many of them were going to become homeless, because they would be unable to pay their mortgage or rent, and I would start crying for them. I knew Innocent People around the World were hours away from suffering an Economic Disaster, and I would start crying for them. I knew the Share Holders, who had their money invested in Sony Corporation were hours away from losing every dollar they had invested, and I would start crying for them. Tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousand of workers around would were hours away from losing their jobs, and I would start crying for them. I knew Governments around the World were hours away from losing the income tax & sales tax revenues that Sony Corporation generates, and I would start crying for them. The Worldwide Economic Disaster and all the Suffering it would cause, I blamed on myself, because I complained about Jeff Grover, and I thought people around the World would despise my name for what I did to them, I hated myself for it.
I kept walking back and forth on the sidewalk in front of my house that I ended up losing, on Walnut Ave. in Long Beach, California. A former Neighbor Sgt. Jason Davies a Culver City Police Officer ask me, what was the matter why did it look like I had just lost my best friend. I walked across the street and sat on his front porch for about an hour or more, and told him, I was going to get a phone call from Sony Pictures Insurance Company. The Chairman of ACE LIMITED, had called an emergency meeting, because of the Workers Compensation Claim, I filed against Sony Pictures. I told him because of the Morons who run Sony Pictures tried to coverup for my boss Jeff Grover, because he had Harassed me to the point of having a Nervous Breakdown. When I get the phone call comes, that I am going to get sometime this evening, Sony Corporation is going to get put out of business, and the Studio is going to have it's gates closed and locked. I told Jason, I can not for the life of me understand, why in the world did those Idiots in HR, try to coverup for worthless Executive Director who is a racist bigot.

September 24, 2009, about 8:30 PM I received the phone call from Bob Thompson, he said, the Chief Legal Council of ACE LIMITED, Mr. Robert Cusumano, is with him and he wants to talk to me. Mr. Cusumano said; Mr. Moore, Sir, I am speaking to you as the representative, of our Company's Chairman, Mr. Evan Greenberg, He has asked me to apologize to you, because He is not the first person to speak with you. Mr. Greenberg and other attendees are finishing up some final business, from todays meeting. Mr. Greenberg will however, be talk with you in about 20 minutes. In the mean time there is something we need to do, and if we may have your permission, we would like to tape record, what we are going to do here. Mr. Cusumano said, do I have your permission to record this conversation and is it alright with you? Would it be okay with you for Mr. Greenberg and the others in the conference room listen in, on what we will be doing?, I told him it is okay. Mr. Cusumano said, the reason we want to record this, we are no longer going to wait for our client, Sony Pictures Entertainment to accept or deny your injury, ACE LIMITED accepts liability and is going to settle with you and Mr. Swope. ACE LIMITED wants you and Mr. Swope, both retain your own Attorneys. Evan Greenberg said; knew I was trying to protect ACE LIMITED and it's Share Holders, from Jeff Grover, because I did not want $1.00 Dollar for the Injury he Inflicted. He said, everyone who attended the meeting knew I was not after any compensation, because they had read Dr. Yassai first report. He said, knew for me it was never about the money, because in 2007, you injured your right elbow, when you called Robert Thompson, told him you had been released by the Doctor, Mr. Thompson was going to write you a check in the amount of $9,798.00 to compensate you for your injured elbow. You told Mr. Thompson, the Insurance Company paid for your Medical Bills, paid you a disability check every two weeks, and you were able to pay your bills. You told Mr. Thompson, you did not want or need any more money from the Insurance Company you, told him to keep, and use that money on someone who really needs it. I with drew the Workers compensation Claim I had Filed and everything that was revealed to ACE LIMITED was in my sealed, I had save SONY February 18, 2010, I went to Amy Pascal in her office I knocked and was invited to in I told she needed to be inform about the situation & incident I had with her Human Resources Department. I told Amy Pascal, if what happen to me across in that HR could result in the possibility of Amy Pascal being removed from the Chair, she occupied. I told Leah Weil your Chief Legal Council made a major blunder, and she is a danger to the welfare of this Company. I told they needed to fire Jeff Grover,, I told her if you do not get rid of him, he will bring this company down. I told Evan Greenberg called an Emergency Meeting because of a very stupid Legal Decision of Leah Weil's. I told her, Ms. Weil for some reason thought it was in the interest of the company violate, and not terminate Jeff Grover, instead of following the Law and firing him. I told her, Evan Greenberg, was going to turn everything that happened to me, over to both Federal & State Law enforcement to investigate, and the only reason he didn't, was because I stopped him when I withdrew my Workers Compensation Claim. I warned Amy Pascal, that SPE did not even begin to have a clue of what Jeff Grover is capable of doing to another Human Being. I said, Jeff Grover cannot help himself, he is a textbook case of a NARCISSISTIC SOCIOPATH, that to tell Jeff Grover, he can not harass or mistreat his employees, is the equivalent, of telling a Leopard, to change the color of it's spots. Not a thing was done about Jeff Grover or Leah Weil. January 2011, Grover was right back where he left off, he was Harassing me, he was Humiliating me and he was making Derogatory Comments about me, to my co-workers. For five more years I was put through a living Hell by Jeff Grover. I was forced to deal, as best I could, because I knew in order for me to help end my situation, Sony Corporation would be, out of business. My depression had got to the point, I could bare the thought of getting out of bed and going to work. I would stay in bed for days at a time, the loss of Income and Mounting Debt, caused me to slip into a Deeper Depression, and I stopped taking the Medication for my HIV. I prayed that nature would take it's course, and get me the hell out of this misery. Dale and I were forced to short sell our home in Long Beach in June 2012, because were facing a Foreclosure. August or September 2012, Sony Pictures issued Apple-I phones, and there was a problem with mine, I would receive a message, it read: S: UPDATE I.T. Disruption Please Read 6/6 reply with YES and send., every time I did as the message instructed, everything in my phone, [text messages, emails, call record], would be blown out, and the phone was back to a factory reset. I would have to go to the office to have my phone reloaded, this happened a dozen or more times, and each time, I was told, I must be doing something to the phone, for this to happen. I realized, it would happen anytime, I had a conversation or sent a text message about my 2009 Workers Compensation Claim, I would get that message. I went to every one of my-workers, showed them the message, and asked if any of them, had ever received the message, not one of them, had ever seen or received the message. I never responded to the message again, I received the message several times after the November 24, 2014, HACKING. Donny Harris and Patrick Patchen always had Issues with Grover, complained about him, but neither one of these men would ever consider putting themselves, at risk of losing their jobs or financial security. These two thought it was their work assignment, to make sure I received, a briefing, anytime either one them heard Grover, so much as uttered a negative word about me. These daily reports of theirs, added to my stress, I had asked them both, so many times, to please stop coming and telling me everything and anything, they heard Grover, say about me, my request went on their, deaf ears. I went to Foreman Michael Groe, so many times and asked him, to please tell his crew, to stop coming to me with their Grover information & their Grover troubles. The reason those two came to me, they hoped I would go to HR, and Grover would be fired, both of these so called men, would get on their hands & knees and beg Jeff Grover, if they needed too, one of them, already had. February 2014, Grover was informed by Ferdinand Fattorini, that his contract would not be renewed his employment at SPE, would come to an end in May. Grover told Michael Groe, he was short 1800 hours, for life time health insurance for him and his wife, when he retired. He said, Fatorini had arranged with IBEW LOCAL 40, for him to be reinstated in the Union, so he could return as a technician, to the SPE telecommunications crew, so he could work the needed 1800 hours. Patchen and Harris, once again made sure I was informed, Grover told Groe, he needed to get rid of me and after he got rid of me, Groe needed to get rid of the black people, in the crew. Donny Harris told me, he had to walk out of the basement, when he made the comment about getting rid of the black people. Michael Groe was also told, to have me pack my belongings, because Grover was going to take over my work station. That did tick me off a little bit, so I asked Michael Groe, if Jeff Grover did in fact say this to him, and Michael Groe, confirmed Grover, did in fact tell him to get rid of me, he did intend to occupy my work station. The thought that Grover was finally let go as Executive Director, only to have him manipulate himself back into the crew, in order for him to get the 1800 hours. He lacked and needed for him & his wife to have life time MPH&W Health Insurance at Retirement. When my partner Dale, has been without his MPH&W Health since 2007, because I could not afford to pay the co-payment because of what that man had been doing to me, for 26 years at that point. I went to Michael Groe, and I said in case your forgotten that you are the foreman in this shop, and not Jeff Grover. I want you to do your job like you told you would, when I was the only in this crew who supported you having the foreman position. I went to HR about Jeff Grover to bring an end his micromanagement of this crew. Ferd doe not have the authority to tell the Union or You, that Jeff Grover can have a job in your Shop. I told Michael Groe did not have the authority to facilitate Grover being reinstated into the union and a member of Local 40. I told Michael Groe to do the job he paid to do and check with Fattorini, verify if he did or did not, make these arrangements for Grover, because I guarantee you Fattorini, does not know a thing about it. If you don't do something about this you and this company are going to have a very serious problem on your hands, because I have had it with his harassment of me. I said everyone in this entire Telecommunications Department benefited because of what I did to try and rain him in, other me and my family, and I am over it. Michael Groe did nothing about Grover, and as July was approaching my anxiety was increasing was going through the roof. Thursday July 3, 2014, I was very upset and disturbed about Grover returning on Monday July 7, 2014 as a crew member, and I asked Michael Groe a second time to check with Fattorini about the circumstances of Grover's return. Once again Groe refused to ask Fattorini, instead he told me, to go shopping across the street Beit T'Shuvah Thrift Store. Groe and everyone in the department knew I had to shopped at the thrift store and sell what ever I found on Ebay, in order to supplement my lost income, because could not Mentally bear working in such Miserable Environment. When he said that to me, walked out the door to the time clock, I clocked out early and loudly made the statement, these expletive people had better pray to God himself, I come back on Monday Morning and clock in because if I don't, there may not be a damn Sony Corporation, for anyone to have a job with, and went home. Then 9 hours later, I am driving home from a grocery store, and two gang bangers dressed in black clothes from head to toe, who had been hiding behind some bushes in the front yard of a neighbors house. One of the two throws a red clay brick through the drivers side window of my car. As I am diving into the passenger seat, the glass bursts into my face, and the brick grazed me across my forehead. I managed to stop the car without hitting a parked car, I grabbed my cell phone, called the Gardena Police Department. I am covered in blood, talking to the Dispatcher I told her there is a car parked at the corner with two people setting in the front seat. I told her, I was walking towards the car to ask them if they would wait for the police, to make a statement, about what they saw when I turned on to my street. I was about two car lengths away, the tires start smoking as they took off, I got the tag number, and gave it to the Dispatcher. I heard the tires skidding from stopping, then I heard the doors slam, and the tires squealing, as they took off. It turned out the car had been seen by a neighbors who wrote down the plate number, and it was the same number I had given to the Dispatcher, and the plates, did not belong to the car. Neighbors who have lived in this cull-de-sac, for more than 20 years said nothing like this had ever happened in all the years they have lived on this street By October 2014, I felt like on the verge of having a Second Nervous Break Down because Jeff Grover, was in full force. Friday October 3, 2014, I started to think about Dr. Zona and those last two questions of his, I wanted to talk to him, and ask him why in the World, did he as a Medical Doctor, who knew how I had suffered and damage caused my mind. I wanted to ask him, what was his price tag, how much did Sony Pictures have to pay him, to find out if they would be able to coverup what Jeff Grover had been responsible for doing to me. I went on Google to find Dr. Michael Zona and what I found, he was not in Newport Beach, he had moved to Boulder Colorado, with my Sony Pictures issued Apple-I Phone, I sent Dr. Michael Zona, a text message, October 3, 2014 at 10:30 PM, it reads as follows: "Hello Dr. Michael this is Michael Moore from Sony was just talking to a friend about the past you doing ok", it was read by him on 10/4/14. Dr. Zona, was the first to be paid a bribe, by Sony Pictures, and there have been several people bribed since, after I sent Zona that text, I had only 47 days, as an employee of Sony Pictures. Monday November 10, 2014, I called Donna Miller in the payroll department and asked her if she could arrange for me to get my Vacation and Holiday paid to date, because Dale and I needed to money. She told me she was going to be seeing some VP in HR and she would see if she could get it approved for me. Monday November 10, 2014, I called Amy Pascal office, I asked to speak with Amy, when she picked up I started Crying, I could barely talk. I was begging her to help me find a way out of this God Forsaken Company, I said if I have to remain in the Basement with those people that I have to work with I will end up Dying in that basement. I asked her to please if it is possible, can you find any compassion in your heart, find a way for me to get out of this God Forsaken company, and the God Forsaken People, I am with in this basement with. I asked to her to please let me die down here, because I am dying down. I asked her, will you please, help get the Hell out of this company, so I can save what I have left, I said I can not survive much longer, because of Jeff Grover. I asked her again if there was any compassion in her heart what so ever, if so would she please get me the hell out of this damned company, I told her, they can have it. Amy Pascal did not ask me one question, about what was wrong, or did I need any medical help, not a one word, The only thing she said to me was, she would have her assistant call Human Resources, to see if there was anything they could do for me, and hung up the phone. Tuesday November 11, 2014, I received a phone call from Zack Hall in HR, he told to come to his office, on my way to see Zach Hall, I crossed paths with Ferdinand Fattorini, and Tom Curran, I told them I wanted to give them a Heads Up, I wanted them to know, I intended to see Amy Pascal, and have a conversation with her concerning a personal matter and problem I was having, which they were unaware of and if they got a phone call from her office, I wanted them to have a heads up so they would not be caught off guard and blindsided.

I met with Zach Hall in his HR office, he told that he was covering for his boss, he said she was out, I spent 10 -15 minutes with him. He said, he did not know why Amy Pascal thought HR could do anything for because I was a Union Member, he said I would have to contact my Union, to see if they could help me in anyway, He asked why I hadn't contacted my Union. I told him, I had not been a member of IBEW Local 40, since I had returned from the Workers Compensation Disability, he wrote that information on a tablet, and that was the extent of the meeting with Zack Hall, and I left his office.

Tuesday November 11, 2014, I called Donna Miller, I told her Amy Pascal had contacted HR for me I asked Donna if she could possibly, use the Pascal call, to pay me up to Date for my Vacation and Holiday time, and she did, I pickup a check at the cashiers window on November 12, 2014.

November 13, 2014 I received a text message from Julie, it read as follows, Morning I am in the office just come by just busy this morning, I sent Michael Groe a text message, it read as follows, Mike I am stopping at corporate point to see Julie. Michael Groe, responded with a text message back, it read as follows, For what Mike?, I responded with a text message, it read as follows, To drop off some paper work, I was actually stopping at corporate point for two reasons, I had some money for Julie from some scrap gold I sold for her. The main reason was to talk with Ferdinand Fattorini, to inform him, why I was going to have a talk with Amy Pascal, I wanted him to know that I wanted her have Jeff Grover terminated. I did not want Ferdinand Fattorini to get blindsided from the Chairman's office.

I gave Julie her money, then asked if Ferdinand Fattorini,was in his office because I wanted to have a talk with him?, she said he wasn't, he was in a meeting. I asked her if Tom Curran was in his office, she told me he was at the studio, in his Thalberg Building office. She asked why I wanted to see them, I told that I was going to HR and Amy Pascal about Jeff Grover, to have him terminated to end my situation with him. I told her Michael Groe would not do his job like he should have, so I was going over his head to get this taken care of, so I could come to work without being harassed. I was sick and tired, of having put up harassed day in and day out, and it was time for this matter to be taken care of once and for all. I said it needs to be done with and over, like it should have been in 2009, when I went to Abby Felder in HR.

Julie warned me to be very careful going to Human Resources, she said you know what happens to employees when they go to HR, she said, you know what they do over there. I told her, I don't think there will be a problem for me considering our history, Julie knew I had been to HR about Grover, long before the telecommunications department was under Fattorini. Julie said; still be extra careful with HR, do not trust them. I told Julie there is no way, that HR would dare mess with me, given I would be involving Amy Pascal again. As it has turned out, I was dead wrong, just like I was dead wrong, when I did not think Human Resources would try to cover up my allegations, but they did, then stonewalled Robert Thomson, and Evan Greenberg, had to call an Emergency Meeting.

In the afternoon of November 13, 2014, I encountered Vice-President Tom Curran on the second floor of the Thalberg Building, he asked me what was wrong. I told him, I have changed my mind, I did not want to talk about what was bothering me, that it will just be a waste of my time and his. He said he was not going to leave with out me telling him, what was wrong with me. I relented, we went to his office on the second floor. I told Mr. Curran, Jeff Grover has been harassing me for over 26 years, and I can not take it anymore, Tom was thoroughly disgusted by what I had told him. He said he would talk to Fattorini and he would arrange a meeting, and he would find out, what could be done to help me retire, if that was what I wanted. I told him I did not want to retire, but I did not know what else I could do, because nothing had changed to end the harassment of me. He told me, Fattorini would contact me Friday and if he didn't, he would make sure someone called me on Friday anyway.

I was leaving work Friday, I received a phone call from Tom and Cynthia Hubbarb, I was told there was going to be a meeting next week, and I would an email from Julie, Fattorini's assistant. Vice- President Tom Curran was the only Executive at Sony Pictures who genuinely tried to help me, and Jeff Grover thoroughly disgusted him. Tuesday, November 18, 2014, I received a text message at 10:50 AM from Julie, it read, A meeting invite had been sent to u, I called Julie, she told me scheduled to attend were, Hubbard, Fattorini, Curran, and I could invite anyone if I wanted too. I went to see Michael Groe in his office, I told him about the meeting and I asked him to attend. Michael Groe became defensive, he asked me, why are you doing this to me?, after all I have done for you. I said; you have got to be kidding Michael, I am not doing anything to you. I told him, I was doing what he refused to do, I was going to deal with Jeff Grover, once and for all. I told him, because you will not do your job like you should, I am going to find out if Ferd had anything to do with Grover coming back into the crew. I am also going to find out if Ferd knew anything about January 2013, when Jeff Grover sent me home and told me I abandoned my job. I called Michael Groe later that evening, I told Michael I did not want him to worry about the meeting because I was not trying cause him any problems. I told him I was trying to take care of my problem with Jeff Grover. I asked him to come to the meeting the next day so he could hear first hand what was said in the meeting, so he would not anything second hand. He said, he would only attend if Tom Curran asked him or wanted him to attend. Michael then told me, he had received a phone call from IBEW Local 40, and he was told I had not been a member of the Union for years. I asked Michael if he found it peculiar Local 40 was just now informing him of that fact, because nothing had been brought to his attention before then about my not belonging to the Union, but it is now. November 19, 2014, I called Tom Curran, I told him Michael Groe would not come to the meeting unless Tom asked him to come to the meeting. Tom called Michael Groe and asked him to attend. At 11:00 AM we met in Tom's second floor Thalberg Building office. Ferdinand Fattorini said Cynthia Hubbard was not going to attend the meeting, and Tom was told he could not attend the meeting, and Fattorini then shooed him out of his office and the meeting. I told Fattorini, that I wanted Tom Curran to attend the meeting. Fattorini said, we can get a lot more accomplished, with fewer people involved, again I told Fatorini, that I wanted Tom in the meeting, Fatorini said no he could not attend. I told him, I did not like the Idea, that someone I had invited was not allowed to attend or hear what was discussed. Fatorini said; the meeting was all about what Michael Moore needed and what Sony Pictures could do for me. I told Fattorini, Sony Pictures could start by HONORING one single commitment the company and Amy Pascal had made to me. I told Fattorini, Sony Pictures should try following the rule of Law, as Sony Pictures should have in August of 2009, when I went to Abby Felder. I told him, Amy Pascal made a commitment to me in February of 2010, and she has not lived up to that commitment. I Fattorini that in February 2010, I met with Abby Felder's boss, a Sony Pictures Vice-President who I could not recall his name and a Psychologist. I told Fattorini, Felder's boss said if I made one more complaint about Jeff Grover harassing me, he would be terminated, and to date Sony Pictures had not HONORED a single commitment it has made to me. I told Fattorini, the fact that Jeff Grover's contract had not been renewed, and his employment ended as an Executive Director at Sony Pictures. It very much upset me he was allowed to return as a Union Technician in Michael Groe's Telecommunications Crew, and he is allowed to continue harassing me, I wanted to know if Fattorini had facilitated this with Local 40. I also asked, if he in fact had anything to do with what happened to me in January 2013, when Jeff Grover had sent me home and he would not let me return to work for 2 months. Fattorini said no he did not know anything about either issue. Fattorini said he had nothing to do with Grover returning to the crew. Fattorini then said Jeff Grover is no longer an employee of Sony Pictures, he is in fact an employee of IBEW Local 40. He said what Jeff Grover had done to me in the past, was just that, in the past. He said it no longer concerns or is the responsibility of Sony Pictures. I told Fattorini it is not in the past because he is in fact still Harassing me, and if Sony Pictures does nothing about his Harassing me. I told him, if I were to end up filing a law suit against Sony Pictures, Sony Pictures would find out how mistaken they are to take that position. Fattorini said; he again reintegrates Jeff Grover is no longer an employee of Sony Pictures and what ever he has done to me, it is no longer Sony Pictures problem. I told Fattorini, if this is the position of Sony Pictures, then this meeting is over, because I do not want to retire, and Michael Groe can deal with Jeff Grover. I then told Michael Groe, you just heard for yourself, Ferd say, he did not know or have anything to do with either of those issues. I said to Michael Groe, you now know, that Jeff Grover used Ferd's name and lied to you, I want you to do your job. I asked Michael Groe, to call Jeff Grover into his office and tell him, Ferd, himself told you he had nothing to do with me not being allowed to return to work in January of 2013, and Jeff Grover returning to Sony Pictures so he could his 1800 hours. Michael Groe looked at me then turned looked at Ferd, he sat in his chair and did nothing. I then asked Ferdinand Fattorini, if he would fire Jeff Grover for twice using Ferd's name to get his revenge on me for going to Human Resources, and filing a complaint against him. Fatorini said, again I want to reintegrate Jeff Grover is no longer an employee of Sony Pictures. Fatorini said this meeting is not about Jeff Grover, it is about Michael Moore and what Michael Moore needs to be happy. He said; Sony Pictures only wants to help Michael Moore so he can get on with his life and be happy. I told Fattorini, I wanted to be able to come to work without being harassed, but since that is not going to be the case. I would have to continue working, and since he admitted, Grover had no right to refuse me coming to work in 2013, I wanted to be paid the $17,000.00 plus, that Sony Pictures owed me, for Jeff Grover refusing me work. I told Fattorini, I had to file for bankruptcy, because I was in debt up to my ears, because I could not bare coming to work, and being harassed. That I had to go bankrupt in order for me to protect my pension for my partner and myself. I told Fattorini, I would have to make sure I could qualify for and I could get Medical Disability Social Security. I told him that was the only way I could consider taking an early retirement. Fattorini said; it would take several weeks if not two to three months for an answer from Human Resources as to what Sony Pictures would be able to do for me. Fattorini, asked if I could continue working with Jeff Grover in the department, I told him yes, because it was obvious to me, I would have too. Fattorini, then asked Michael Groe if he had work for me, and would he make sure Jeff Grover had minimal contact with me. Michael Groe told Fattorini he had plenty of work for me, and he would make sure Grover would be kept at bay, and that was how the meeting ended. Michael and I went to the shop in the basement. Michael received a phone call, then told me because the day had been so stressful for me, to go home and he would pay me for a full day. On November 19, 2014, I received a phone call about 7:30 PM it was from Cynthia Hubbard and Ferdinand Fattorini, I was told, they had good news for me, that a retirement package had been put together for me. Fattorini said, Donna Miller in payroll had been asked to come up with a figure of how much money was owed to me by Sony Pictures, because of the work Jeff Grover had wrongfully denied me in 2013. He said the amount I was owed was $17,434.34, and Sony Pictures had graciously decided to doubled the amount to $34,868.68 less taxes, and I could retire now, instead of waiting 2 to 3 months. Ferdinand Fattorini told me to take the rest of the week off with pay, that I did not need to return to work. I told them it was to sudden, I still had to file for bankruptcy and I had to find out, if I would qualify for Social Security Disability. I was told this was a one time offer and I had to either take it or leave it. I told them, I wanted to think about it before I made a decision, because I had to make sure I would be financially okay. I was not given the option. I asked Cynthia Hubbard, if I would be allowed to say goodbye to my friends on the Studio Lot, and if I would be allowed to visit the Studio Lot from time to time, as a retired employee?, Cynthia Hubbard said yes to both of my questions. Cynthia Hubbard told me she had to attend a meeting, in the Thalberg building, and for me to drive to the Studio at 4:00 PM. She would send me a text message, and let me know when to meet her in the Telecommunications Shop in Thalberg basement. She would provide me with a copy of the offer to review and I could make a counter offer if I choose too. I told Cynthia Hubbard and Ferdinand Fattorini, I wanted to pack my work station myself, because there were personal papers, I did not want anyone going through. I was told by Fattorini to call Michael Groe and have him make sure there would be banker boxes in my chair, for me to pack my work station. I called Michael Groe, he told me Chris Dunn the laborer, would place the boxes in my chair. As I was walked into the shop, Hubbard sent me a text message at 4:24 PM it read, as follows: Hi, Mike, this is Cindy I'll meet you downstairs in Telecomm.. I went to start packing my work station, and I went to start packing my work station and discovered it had already been packed, this upset me. When Hubbard arrived, I asked her why my work station had been packed, when I had made clear that I did not want anyone going through my personal papers in the overhead locker? she told me, she had taken it upon herself, because she thought it would be to much of an emotional ordeal for me to handle. I told her I did like the fact, she had done contrary to what I had told her and Fattorini the day before, I reminded her, that both she and Fattorini had assured me, no one would touch anything in my work station. I asked her, what made her think, I would be to emotional to pack my own work station, I told her, as far I was concerned, my privacy had just been violated, and she shrugged it off. When I went through the banker boxes after I got home, I discovered the letter, that I demanded Abby Felder, to write and send me in January of 2010, was missing. Fischer told her, if anything I was just upset, because of what was happening to me. I gave Hubbard my ID badge, and Fischer helped carry out the banker boxes and load them into Dales Jeep, that was parked, in the parking lot behind the Thalberg Building. Hubbard told me to call her the next day to find out if the checks would be ready. I called Hubbard at 9:21 AM Friday, November 21, 2014, she did not answer so I left her a voice mail message. Hubbard called me back at 9:50 AM, we talked for 14 minutes, I told her, once again Sony Pictures did not do a thing, I was told they would. I told her because of this, I was having second thoughts as to whether or not I would be signing a release of liability for Sony Pictures, but I would think it over during the day while I waited for her to call me about the checks. Hubbard called me at 3:20 PM we talked for 9 minutes about what had taken place the day before, I told her that it was just the same as when I had filed the complaint against Grover in 2009. She told me what happened yesterday had nothing to do with Jeff Grover, she then told me, the checks would not be ready until Monday November 24, 2014. I called Michael Groe at 3:31 PM November 21, 2014, I left a voice message asking him to call me, he did not return my call. I then made two calls to Ruth Ollie-Wright one at 3:32 PM and the other at 3:33 PM, the first call I asked Ruth, if she saw Michael Groe, would have him call me, the second call I left a message asking if she would call me. I then called Amy Pascal's office at 3:33 PM, I talked to her assistant, and asked to take a message for Amy to call me, because I needed to talk with her. At 4:42 PM I received a 9 minute incoming call, from Amy Pascal's assistant, she told me that Amy asked her to call me, to tell me Amy was in a meeting. She said Amy wanted to know what I wanted to talk to her about, I told her to tell Amy that I was more than likely going to be retiring, and would it be okay if I came by her office on Monday to say good bye. I also told her to let Amy know I would be bringing Michael Groe with me to introduce him to her as I had told her in February 2010 I would when I left the company. I was told Amy would call me in the next hour or so. At 4:58 PM, November 21, 2014, I called Donna Miller in payroll, and we talked for 60 minutes, Donna knew about my Workers Compensation Claim I had filed because of Jeff Grover. Donna said she could not understand or believe what was happening to me, given the fact that Sony Pictures Insurance Company, was going to settle with me in September of 2009. Then turn everything over to the U.S. EEOC and California Department of Fair Housing and Labor, to investigate Sony Pictures and the Executive Management for violating the Law. I told Donna, I did not believe Amy Pascal knew what was going on with me, because I thought she was to intelligent of a woman to get herself mixed up in what was happening to me. I told Donna, I was waiting for a phone call from Amy, and I had to charge phone because the battery was about to go dead. Donna said it was 5:00 o'clock Friday night and she was ready to go home, and for me to call her Monday to let her know how the phone call went with Amy Pascal. I have never talked to Donna Miller since that phone call. I waited for an hour and a half for Amy Pascal to call me and she did not call, as I was told she would. I called her office at 6:26 PM, I talked for 16 minutes with one of her assistants, I told her Amy Pascal had not called me, as I was told she would. I said, maybe she did know what was happening to me, and maybe she was involved. I asked her, to make it clear to Amy, that I getting backed into a corner by the HR Department. I told her to make sure Amy Pascal knew I thought Leah Weil and George Rose were attempting to get revenge, because I had filed a Workers Compensation Claim against Sony Pictures. I told her to make sure Amy Pascal knew, I was aware Dr. Michael Zona had been paid a bribe, to find out if I would come back to work for Sony Pictures and Jeff Grover. I told him I was going to be in Lakewood on Sunday, and I was going to stop by his house, because I wanted to talk to him about something, I was going to do on Monday, and it involved him. At 4:00 PM, I sent him two more text messages, those messages read, Michael when you have the time between now and Monday, call me please get your name on the door to your shop so no one ever will not know who has the final word your chair holds follow by, Your are the chairman of your house. November 23, 2014, I stopped by Michael Groe's home in Lakewood, I was told by his wife Mary that he had taken his daughters fishing and he would be home later that afternoon. Sunday, November 23, 2014, at 11:16 AM, I received a text message from Cynthia Hubbard it reads as follows: Have a nice day and I will see you two gentlemen tomorrow. I'll call you direct when I find out the checks are ready.. Monday, November 24, 2014, at about 7:30 AM I called and left a voice mail message on Cynthia Hubbard's office phone. I said; Cynthia I have changed my mind I am going to sign a release for $34,753.00 less taxes considering the harassment I have had to put up with from Jeff Grover and Sony Pictures is still this covering up. Sony Corporation was going to be out of business September 25, 2009, and if it were not for me with drawing my Workers Compensation Claim, there would not be a Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., or a Sony Corporation today!
