Transcript of Why should you use Android?
If you have used a touch screen phone, then
you probably have used an Android. There
are tons of apps available on this and you
never know what will just click for you. It is
a Linux based operating system and it was
bought by Google in 2007. Android has
overtaken Symbian in the last quarter of
2010 in terms of sales and revenues. There
are 1.3 million activations of android per
day. Now you should really know why you
should give Android a shot.
1. Highest android growth rate
Apps are springing up day in and day out on
this operating system. There are more than
450,000 apps in the market. One of the
prime reason of this vast number is android
being an open source. There are tons of
programmers out there, who sell their apps
to Google and you get them on android.
There is almost no game that says maybe
Apple has and Android doesn’t have.
2. Customization
This gives you a chance to go beyond the
boring messaging and chat apps that are
otherwise there. The GO Launcher app gives
you access to GO SMS, GO Chat, and other
related services that are named with GO. So
while this may not give you outstanding
features, but it puts you in a different
league. Everyone that has this GO app can
communicate on this. The GO SMS has the
option of you scribbling a message with
your fingers on the touch screen. There’s
nothing that gets tackier. You can draw or
scribble or give your personalized touch to
whatever it is that you want to say.
3. Unity in diversity
The one thing about people using Apple
iPhones is that there is nothing to
distinguish one iPhone from the other. But
in the android operating systems, since it’s
an open source and there are more than
just a couple of manufacturers, people have
molded it their own way. There are options
to change the font that works on the entire
phone. Every phone while sporting an
android operating system will have features
that will distinguish it from the other. Take
a look at Samsung Galaxy Ace and say a
Sony Xperia! Both are android and yet you
will find a world of difference. click this -

4. Battery
As compared to other phones, or rather
smart phones with those huge screens,
battery life or battery consumption isn’t an
issue with android phones.
5. Ease
If you dislike too much of horizontal
scrolling, then this android operating
system is for you. Android apps have
vertical scrolling. It comes naturally and
doesn’t take you time to adjust.
Android phone will surely make multi-
tasking a breeze. There are many more
reasons that may make you shift to an
android operating system, but the best way
to check it out is to visit the store. Check on
features, specifications, battery life, camera
pixels, music, videos, memory space and
screen size.
