Brand Central I

Even though the Bunnings offer is continually evolving, our brand and brand values remain constant. Presenting brand consistency has enabled the Bunnings logo and colours to become one of the most recognisable and successful in the marketplace. It is the strength of our brand that differentiates us from our competitors and makes us unique in the minds of our customers and Team Members alike.

However, it is important to understand that every Team Member and supplier has the ability to influence the Bunnings brand. The following guidelines have been developed to assist in the application of our various brand elements.

The Bunnings Brand Section 1

The Bunnings Brands

We have three brands which we actively promote within the marketplace:

The Bunnings brand is our corporate brand used on all corporate printing, stationery and electronic material.

The Bunnings brand is also used on our small format stores.

The Bunnings Warehouse brand has been created for our Warehouse store with the logo representing the low cost operator image of a Warehouse and a value for money offer in the eyes of our customers.

The Bunnings Trade brand has been created to provide a differentiation between the retail component of our store operations and the specific trade focused operation.

Note:

The Bunnings brands can be used in negative and positive formats on white, Bunnings green and other approved background colours.

For clarification on correct logo usage, please contact the Customer Communication Manager.

We use positioning statements in order to position ourselves against our competitors in the minds of our customers. We currently have only two positioning statements within the company both relating to our store network. Both are depicted in the corporate hammer logo.

The Hammer Logo and Positioning

Should there be a positioning statement adopted in the future for trade, it will be placed in a similar context over the hammer as the two other positioning statements.

The use of the hammer is liquid in nature and can be adopted in a variety of ways, however, the overriding principle is that the hammer should be shown in a complete circle format. The only time that a hammer is able to be shown as a cut off hammer is where the area does not warrant or allow for a complete hammer.

Note:

The hammer logo can be used on its own on applications such as screen savers, promo materials or as a watermark, when approved by the Brand Management Team.

The hammer logo and positioning statements can be used in negative and positive formats on white, Bunnings green and other approved background colours.

For clarification on correct logo usage, please contact the Customer Communication Manager.

Warehouse Stores

This logo positioning statement is only to be used on or in Bunnings branded warehouse stores within both regional and metropolitan areas.

This logo is only to be used on Bunnings Trade applications.

Small Format Stores
