…who actually took after him

She not only stands out among herdull, dowdy, and uninspiring siblings

…she also outshines celebrities in her industrywho are far more glamorous

Kris is known for wearing her heart on her sleeve

She would cry openly when sad

…or laugh out loud when happy

Hers is a contrast to thereserved, snobbish demeanorof her siblings

Unlike them, Kris chose to go into show business…and she went into it full throttle

…as opposed to one of her showbiz cousins, for example

…equestrian Mikee Cojuangco

Mikee tried to maintain her sosyal image …amidst a sea of kajologan

On the other hand, Kris embraced the showbiz way of life…without reservation

In short, Kris Aquinoisn’t conscious

…di siya nahihiya sa sarili niya

Kris Aquino may be bakya

(Filipino slang for crass)

…but her manners don’t suggest that she is bakya

…while trying to convince us that she actually isn’t

She gives her audience a warm, fuzzy feeling inside…and makes them want to watch her, whatever she does

Her family has a pedigree in politicsShe has name recall

Kris Aquino may be an affront, an insult, …to our concept of an “intelligent” vote,

…but remember one thing:this intelligence is alien to the majority of Filipino voters

Look no further than

Still think it unlikely?

Kris Aquino’s clout transcends social layers

…be it age,religious creed,tribal affiliation,…or social class

WHY?

To Filipinos, Kris Aquino is very real,…and because of that,Filipinos relate to her instinctively

Kris’ popularity is primal in nature

…as opposed to the engineered “popularity” of Noynoy

If the powers-that-be were able to pull off…a national scale con job…that successfully put Noynoy in Malacañang,

…how hard could it be to sell Kris for president?

Too easy

She easily fulfills the “most important” basisthat Filipinos useto elect government officials

…winnability

Therefore, Kris may want to rethink what she said

…that Filipinos aren’t “ready” for her

On the contrary…

Filipinos were born ready for a Kris Aquino presidency

The Philippines is a nationof starstruck ignoramuses

As such,Filipinos deserve the politicians they elect
