Formica 180fx Challenge Rules and Regulations

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Promotion begins March 1, 2016 and ends June 10, 2016. Vignette Placement\Installation must occur between March 1, 2016 and May 31, 2016, but proof of installation may be provided up until June 10, 2016 (“Entry Period”). This promotion is sponsored by Formica Corporation, 10155 Reading Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45241 (“Sponsor”). The internal laws of the state of Ohio will govern this Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER

Participants must provide Proof of each vignette installation in order to be eligible for full credit for laminate and IdealEdge stick. “Proof” includes: photograph of installation, vignette installation location, and Participant name and email. All Participants must provide dealer name and address of the vignette placement and Participant contact information including valid name and email through Formica B2B system.

This photograph must be emailed to Formica Customer Service. Installation must occur between March 1, 2016 and May 31, 2016. All proof must be submitted by 5pm EDT on June 10, 2016. Your DSI representative will be happy to help you with this process.

PRIVACY

Participants agree that personal data submitted and any other information provided in connection with the Promotion may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Promotion and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules and the Formica Corporation Privacy Policy found at www.formica.com. In addition to the uses of personal information described in that Policy, Sponsor will use information you provide through entry into the Promotion to administer the Promotion, to communicate with you regarding the Promotion, and to communicate with you about Formica’s products and services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Each Participant into the Promotion agrees to be bound by these rules and to release Sponsor, and their affiliates, directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion partners, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of any Promotion-related activities. Under no circumstances will any Participant or be permitted to obtain, and Participants hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or attorneys’ fees, and Participants further waive all rights to multiplied, increased or otherwise enhanced damages. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this promotion should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair its administration, security, fairness or proper play. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by any of the equipment, programming or personnel associated with or utilized in this promotion.
