EBTR Support After start-up. Commissioning phase:

EagleBurgmann will maintain mutually agreed start-up and commissioning spare parts at site controlled by EagleBurgmann and Tupras. To be invoiced only if used.

One cartridge and one spare kit per seal is recommended for start-up and commissioning. Alternatively spare parts recommended by API610 can be considered.

EBTR Support after commissioning:

Any spare seals and kits that remain in inventory after start-up and commissioning will be combined with the agreed normal maintenance spares.

60 months average seal MTBM to be minimum requirement. Seal MTBM to be calculated by EBTR & Tupras after every seal failure. Service and spare parts to be provided free of charge if the average seal MTBM is less than 60 months.

Scope of service including: Removing seal from pump Investigation or failure analysis if necessary Mechanical seal repair Mechanical seal installation on pump Commissioning / monitoring

Pump acceptance documents (Vibration analysis, coupling alignment etc… ) to be provided by Tupras after every pump maintenance. To be used as a basis for future warranty claims.

MTBM calculations will start after 1 year of plant start-up or after guarantee period. Whichever is longer.

Guaranteed 60 Months average Seal MTBM for RUP mechanical seals.

Target improvement on average seal MTBM 3-4% for every following year. Up to 80 months maximum. Only seal failures causing drop below 60 months to be handled free of charge.
