Sanjay Pasrija, a consultant from our Mumbai office, has been running an after school initiative for the last four years, for the children of quarry workers living in the slums next to our office. Many of them passed with impressive marks and are bringing their siblings to study with them at Sanjay’s Lamppost School.

Once on the receiving end of IMPACT Day at the orphanage where she grew up, Rajani Mandava now participates in the annual day of service as a Deloitte professional. Today, Mandava is an inspiration to the 63 children at the home.
