It’s the first live morning newscast in the Northwest…exclusively on NWCN. It’s a wake-up
newscast designed to give the earliest risers a quick jump-start to their day with the latest news from overnight, a look ahead at the news, a snapshot of the business news from Wall
Street and, of course, the most updated weather information.
NWCN WeatherAt least every 15 minutes, 24 Hours, Accurate, Up-to-the-Minute CoverageKeisha Burns is just one of our team of top-notch weather anchors. She reports on our morning and daytime
news and also serves as a weather anchor on KING5 on weekends. Lisa Van Cise anchors our early edit ionand also does weather updates during the weekday reports on KING5.
Northwest Sports This MorningMonday through Friday, 4am to 8am. Paul Silvi, Host.
Paul is widely recognized in Seattle and the region and has been an award-
winning Sports Anchor on KING5 since 1993. He has been known for “wowing” the Northwest for more than a decade with his enthusiastic love for sports. Paul
also hosts our half-hour show “NW Sports Tonight " show in primetime.
NorthWest News First Edition at 6am & 8amMonday through Friday, 6am – 10am. Anchors Greg Copeland and Cam Johnson.
The 6am newscast is perfect for people who are getting ready for work and school. It offers a snapshot
of the news of the day and features weather every 8 minutes, including travel weather reports andrecreational weather out looks. At 8am, the newscast is more interactive and highly regionalized news.Cam and Greg will talk live each morning with anchors from our affiliates at KGW in Portland and KREM in
Spokane to get an update on the important stories from those areas. The meteorologists from thosestations will check in with a targeted local/regional forecast as well.
NorthWest News Today at 10amMonday through Friday, 10a-7pm. Anchor Shaniqua Manning .
News continuing throughout the day with updates at :15 and :45 after each hour keep NWCN viewers on top of

The perfect newscast for night owls, NorthWest News First Edition offers a complete summary of
all of the news of the day, delivered in a fast-paced fashion. The only “live” newscast at this hour available to viewers!

Paul is the award-winning sports anchor for KING5’s evening newscasts and brings
sophistication and experience to an already successful program. By airing the show at 9:30 pm, it gets a jump on Fox Sports regional reports and ESPN’s Sportscenter.
It repeats at 11:30pm and 12:30am with live updates for final scores.
Evening MagazineMon – Fri at 10:00pm, Saturday at 8:30pm. Meeghan Black Host.NWCN proudly added this KING5 favorite to our line-up several years ago. The longest running
