Heidi Crowder Wedding Design would love to help your vision and wedding day run smooth! By having a planner you will be more organized, have someone there to have your back, be able to talk about your ideas with a non-family member who won’t judge, and help your overall wedding design come together. Couple things about us: We are based out of Charlotte, but can travel anywhere! Heidi works closely with the bride and groom, while her assistant will make sure the parents/grandparents are well taken care of as well! We won Best of the Knot 2014 and Wedding Wire in 2014, 2015 & 2016. ~ Wedding Planner ~ $5000(*)

For the couple who wishes to plan a portion of the wedding themselves, our event planning services will give you the expertise and resources of a wedding professional while allowing you to obtain vendors on your own or professionally chosen to fit your style and budget. With other attention to detail as we go through the entire wedding planning process:

Services include: • 6 progress meetings to determine the facets of the wedding • Login to your own personal design and wedding planning online tool with design board,

collaboration tools, checklists through Aisle Planner • Budget Development • Vendor Referral Service • Initial and final walkthrough of ceremony and reception sites • Create itinerary for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception, to be shared with vendors and VIP

family & friends • Review all contracts • Ensure client’s deposits/ final payments for all vendors are submitted timely • Unlimited email/phone access to planner during business hours (9a-5p M-F unless otherwise

noted) • Attend final sessions with selected vendors • Assistance with decorating and set up, break down and design of theme • Assistance with guest bags & drop off at various hotels • Assistance with stamping & mailing with all stationery (save the date, invitations and other

mailed items) • Etiquette Advisement • Rehearsal direction • 2 hours of wedding ceremony direction and 9 hours of supervision at the reception • 1 Lead and 1 assistant

The planning and management fees for our professional services are best determined after the initial creative meeting. Once we establish the specific needs of your event as well as the vision for your day, we give a detailed proposal of costs and services offered. The lead designer offers every client an hour initial appointment at no cost to begin the process of planning your great moment. Wedding locations outside of Charlotte can require additional fees. (*) If additional services are required or requested, an hourly rate will be implemented. The recommended budget for Wedding Planning begins at $60,000.

~ Wedding Designer ~ $10,000(*)

When the Bride and Groom want a unique and stylish wedding or are planning the wedding long distance, a more intricate and detailed service is available. There are many elements that contribute to the overall design of such a personal event. At this level of service, you get both the effective coordination of a professional event planner as well as the resources of a creative designer.

Services include: • Unlimited face to face meetings with your Wedding Designer as needed • Unlimited e-mails and phone calls with your Wedding Designer as needed • Login to your own personal design and wedding planning online tool with design board,

collaboration tools, checklists through Aisle Planner • Sourcing of Wedding Reception and Wedding Ceremony locations • Sourcing of wedding suppliers, products and services for all aspects pertaining to your wedding • Coordination and management of contracts, bookings, deposits for venues and suppliers • Coordination and management of all details relating to the Ceremony and Reception • Organizing deposit payments to venue and suppliers as required • Traditional etiquette advice • Development of a Wedding Day Schedule and distribution to all participants and suppliers • Creating a style and concept for your wedding including invitations, flowers, linen,

centerpieces, lighting, lounges • Assistance with floor plans and seating arrangements • Assistance with menu, cake selection and menu tasting • Invitations and RSVP management • Table mock up for your consideration • Detailed costing to keep track of the wedding budget (and updates as changes occur) • Organizing of final payments to venue and suppliers • Attendance and supervision at rehearsal • Décor set up and breakdown • Attendance and the supervision with a team on the Wedding Day until final dance • Ensure gifts and decor are taken by the allocated person or sent to hotel room
